We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Asalah is a small, recently established district in far north Jeddah near King Abdullah Sports City, with villa and apartment projects standing on land that is still being built out. The defining difference here is that construction is ongoing: streets remain unpaved, drainage networks are incomplete, and vacant plots sit between occupied homes.
New villas and apartments here gather ongoing building dust and raw sand faster than established districts, because surrounding land is bare and unstable. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Asalah is not a finished district but an active build. Vacant land around the homes carries raw sand, aggregate and live building dust. The air carries this dust directly into new flats and villas. Unpaved streets add sand with every footstep. Post-construction cleaning needs to be thorough because dust will re-enter quickly once the door opens to an unfinished environment.
Wadi Obhur runs through the district, and humidity, wind and rain change the dust problem. After rain, sand becomes wet and heavy, and moisture leaves deposits on surfaces. Wind carries dust from vacant land at speed. Cleaning may need adjustment based on recent weather, and a secondary clean may be needed after rain or high wind.
Homes in Al Asalah are surrounded by bare land. Gardens are not yet planted, fences may be incomplete, and balconies open directly onto sand and dust. Post-construction cleaning here requires understanding that external protection is incomplete and dust will return.
The district is in active construction with vacant land and unpaved streets adjacent to occupied housing. Wadi Obhur passes through it, and seasonal moisture may add wet sand and sediment. Dust enters homes through unprotected doors and balconies because perimeter landscaping is incomplete.
Dust from bare land clings to high surfaces and corners, so we work top to bottom using strong suction before water washing to prevent sand spreading across cleaned areas.
Cement and plaster remnants here mix with raw building sand, so we sweep and vacuum forcefully before scraping to prevent spreading sand across newly cleaned surfaces or scratching floors.
Glass and ceramic hold a thin film of fine raw sand that resists ordinary water, so we use strong cleaners and dry carefully to prevent scratching from sand particles.
Paint spatter on smooth surfaces mixes with raw building sand, requiring gentle cleaner first and multiple rinses with clean water to clear all deposits.
Stickers and adhesives are harder here because raw dust oils the surface, so we soften carefully and remove residue with specialist solvents rather than scraping.
Floors in new villas need deep sweeping first, then washing and complete drying to prevent sand or dust residue from re-appearing as moisture evaporates.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Asalah sits between Prince Talal bin Mansour Road and the Haramain expressway, with Wadi Obhur passing through it and King Abdullah Sports City nearby. Working here means entering from Prince Talal bin Mansour Road and recognising scattered new projects, with the understanding that land between the villas and blocks is still bare and unstable.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
