We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Wadiyah is an emerging district in northeast Jeddah near Wadi Obhur, within Taybah sub-municipality, with newly released land plots and building continuing around the home. The air here is dry and dust enters easily under doors and settles before dawn. The district is still developing, and cleaning means understanding that projects around your home have not yet finished.
Wide empty plots and light winds mean dust settles on surfaces quickly before dawn. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
A new villa in Al Wadiyah may stand alone among empty plots or be surrounded by projects under construction. Dust blows in from every direction and projects may run for months. Wait until direct building work around you finishes before a final deep clean.
Al Wadiyah lies away from the sea and close to open ground, so the air is dry and dust enters easily. Without barriers or trees, light winds carry dust from every direction into the unfenced plot.
The surrounding land has not been built on, so bare earth and sand move in any wind. A new unfurnished villa may feel dust moving more than a furnished home where soft furnishings dampen the air.
Al Wadiyah is an emerging district in northeast Jeddah near Wadi Obhur and Sharm Obhur, under Taybah sub-municipality administration, laid out as newly released residential land.
Dust and sand from empty plots fall from the air quickly. We start from the top and work down, keeping doors and windows closed during work.
Cement and plaster residue is light but may mix with fine sand. Scraping needs care to avoid stirring sand back into the air.
Glass needs repeated washing because sand and dust adhere quickly. We wash then dry immediately each time.
Paint spatter may mix with fine sand. Scraping is careful on glass and metal frames.
Stickers and adhesive residue are removed gently without leaving marks.
Floors are washed last with warm water and dried immediately to prevent sand residue remaining on the surface.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Very emerging in Al Wadiyah means the villa may stand alone among empty plots or be surrounded by active building sites, dust and sand enter from all directions and construction around the home is not yet finished.
We provide these in Al Wadiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
