We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Shorouq pools sit in an eastern mid-tier district between Haramain Road and King Abdullah Branch Road, far from the sea and close to open ground and the hills beyond. The air here is much drier than the coast, and dust is coarser and paler in colour. Water loses moisture faster and pool chlorine evaporates easily under the hot sun. Chemical balance here is completely different from coastal areas.
The air is very dry and desert dust settles on everything. Chlorine is consumed fast by sun and heat, and water may lose moisture which raises the relative salt concentration even without new salt entering. For the method itself, see our swimming pool cleaning service in detail.
Al Shorouq is remote from the sea, so air is dry and dust from open ground and hills is coarser than fine beach sand. It settles in the filter easily and clogs it faster. Water may cloud rapidly because coarse dust does not filter out as easily as fine sediment.
The east is hotter than the coast in summer, and the sun hits the pool directly. Chlorine evaporates quickly from the heat, so water needs far more frequent chlorine additions than other districts. Water may turn pale yellow from chlorine depletion rather than algae.
Humidity here is 40-50 percent instead of 70 percent on the coast. Water evaporates faster, which raises the concentration of salt and other chemicals. You may need partial draining and fresh water addition more often than other districts.
Al Shorouq lies east of Haramain Road between Al Wahah and Al Tawfiq, a mix of apartment blocks, villas and street-level shops, with Palestine Road running through and King Abdullah Branch Road bounding it from the south, newer subdivisions adjoining Al Nakhil.
Testing focuses on residual chlorine and pH because sun and heat change the balance rapidly.
Brushing may be lighter than other areas because coarse dust does not adhere to walls like algae.
Vacuuming may be more frequent because dust settles fast and repeats itself.
Skimmer and baskets fill with coarse dust rapidly, so we clean them more often than in other districts.
Filter backwashing needs to be vigorous to dislodge coarse dust that clings to the medium.
Balance focuses on chlorine and pH because sun and evaporation are the primary issues.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Shorouq too, and more than one can share a single visit.
