We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Waha is a villa district laid out to a regular plan with wide outdoor spaces, and villa pools need different care from apartment pools because walls run taller, the floor is deeper, and sun exposure is constant all day. Nearly every villa here has its own pool, and each one has its own conditions to manage.
Villas here have open roofs and wide gardens, so pools sit in full sun all day and leaves, gravel and dust get into the water faster than in flats with enclosed courtyards. For the method itself, see how we approach swimming pool cleaning.
In Al Waha, villas have wide gardens and pools that sit completely open to the air, with trees and balconies all around. Leaves, gravel and dust enter the water all day long. The pool is not in a gated courtyard or under cover, but in direct sun with vegetation and structures around it. This means the filter runs harder and the water needs testing more often.
Most villas in Al Waha have pools between 1.5 and 2 metres deep, deeper than apartment building pools. Silt and gravel settle on the deep floor, and light suction will not clean every corner and edge beneath the surface.
Villas have taller pool walls than upper-floor flats, and the waterline is wider too. Salt, algae and sediment appear fast on tall walls, and brushing requires special tools and a precise plan to reach every spot.
A relatively recent villa district on an organised grid, with closely spaced homes, private gardens and broad streets. Green space and modern residential buildings dominate the area.
In Al Waha, water sits exposed to sun and falling leaves, so chemicals drift faster than in covered pools, and testing right at the start is essential.
Tall walls and deep floors need regular brushing, especially in spots where the sun hits the pool all day long.
Deep floors collect sand, gravel and leaf debris, and vacuuming takes time and care to reach every corner and depth.
The skimmer in a villa garden fills fast with leaves and debris, so we clean it carefully and check the water draw is correct.
The filter in large villa pools needs frequent backwash, especially in villas surrounded by trees that provide some shade.
After cleaning and dosing, we walk the pool with you and confirm the water is safe and balanced before anyone swims.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
In a villa district like Al Waha, each villa has its own private pool in its own private garden. This means the pool sits in sunlight all day and faces leaves and dust from the garden and the street.
We provide these in Al Waha too, and more than one can share a single visit.
