We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Muntazah is an apartment district on the eastern edge of Briman sub-municipality, east Jeddah, where crowded residential blocks are packed with small units and internal streets are narrow with worn surfaces from heavy use. Wadi Al Asla runs down the eastern boundary and brings dust and gravel after rain.
Dense apartment blocks and narrow streets mean slower drain water and poor air circulation, and shared pools here face heavy simultaneous use pressure from many residents, so chemistry shifts happen fast. For the method itself, see our guide to swimming pool cleaning.
Al Muntazah is a packed apartment district where each block may hold dozens of units and one small pool serves them all. The water is under continuous load from dawn to night, and chemistry crashes fast. Filters and pumps are under constant pressure, and replacement may be needed faster than in low density villa areas.
The internal streets are narrow and the old asphalt is cracked and broken, so dust and gravel migrate easily into the pool area. Wadi Al Asla nearby brings sediment and fine gravel after any rainfall, even light showers. The filter clogs fast and walls need strong brushing to clear grit that settles overnight.
Al Muntazah is eastern and far from the sea, so the air is dry and chlorine evaporates faster than it does in coastal pools. But narrow streets and tall buildings trap moisture in the court, creating pockets of stagnant humid air. Mildew forms in shaded corners and algae takes hold fast if chlorine drops even slightly.
Al Muntazah sits on the eastern edge of Briman sub-municipality with dense apartment blocks and narrow internal streets, Wadi Al Asla to the east, far from the coast and open air.
The first test in Al Muntazah always checks chlorine, pH and suspended sediment levels, because heavy load and street dust mean chemistry crashes fast and suspended particles cloud the water.
Walls need strong brushing because continuous heavy use and trapped humid air mean algae settles on tile fast, and gravel particles scratch the surface if not brushed away carefully.
Vacuuming must be thorough and deep because gravel from streets and wadi sediment settle on the floor quickly, and stagnant air pockets prevent debris from floating to the skimmer.
The skimmer and baskets fill very rapidly from street dust, wadi sediment, and high use, requiring frequent emptying even between scheduled cleaning visits.
Filter backwash needs high pressure and longer duration because gravel and street dust clog the element stubbornly and can jam the backwash valve if not flushed thoroughly.
Chemical balance here needs precise and frequent adjustment because chlorine drops fast from evaporation in dry air, yet trapped humid pockets encourage algae even at acceptable chlorine levels.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Al Muntazah lies bounded by Hada Al Sham Road to the north and Muawiyah Al Sulami Street to the west, between Al Samir and Al Asla neighbourhoods east of the expressway. Access to the shared pools is through narrow internal streets in the apartment complexes, and pools are scattered among the dense residential blocks throughout the district.
We provide these in Al Muntazah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
