We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Qawzain is the southernmost coastal strip of Jeddah on the Southern Corniche near Al Seef Beach, a small seaside village facing open water. The coastal location means year-round high humidity and sea salt in the air. Caught between the sea and heavy goods roads, pool water carries salt and diesel soot together.
The air carries direct sea salt, wave spray and diesel soot from heavy roads and sewage works together, a mix of salt, oil and dark dust. For the method itself, see our swimming pool cleaning service in detail.
The coastal location means year-round high humidity and continuous sea salt. Wave spray falls into the pool and raises salt concentration. Water becomes heavier and the filter carries a larger load.
South Jeddah sits between the port and the sewage works, and heavy goods roads carry diesel soot and metal particles. Soot clings to the water and leaves a dark oily film.
Salt and moisture together speed corrosion of filter equipment and pumps fast. Mildew appears in bathrooms and stored fabrics throughout the neighbourhood.

Coastal water carries sea salt, high humidity and diesel soot; the first test measures salt and mineral levels at baseline.
Walls collect algae and mould fast from constant coastal moisture and salt which speeds growth noticeably.
The floor holds mineral deposits and fine soot that settle; deep vacuuming removes salt and soot sediment thoroughly.
Skimmer and baskets fill with wave spray, salt and soot, needing weekly emptying to maintain suction and flow.
The filter handles a load of salt, minerals and oils combined, making weekly backwashing essential to stay clear.
Chemical treatment needs strict monitoring because salt and moisture cause rapid swings in balance and pH levels.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Qawzain too, and more than one can share a single visit.
