We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Khaleej Salman is a coastal strip on the Red Sea north of Jeddah with chalets and rest houses among land subdivisions still being developed around a shallow winding bay. High coastal humidity and salt air year round mean insects breed faster here, and treatment needs repeating more often because the damp provides perfect breeding conditions.
Insects here return faster than in inland Jeddah districts because humidity provides perfect breeding habitat. The interval between treatments may be shorter here than in dry areas, requiring more frequent and close attention. For the method itself, see our guide to pest control.
Salty humid air deposits on every surface, and walls, floors and wooden furniture absorb the moisture continuously. This creates ideal conditions for insects to breed at a faster rate than in dry areas, meaning treatment needs repeating more often.
Salt deposits on surfaces and traps moisture, which may reduce the effectiveness of some treatment materials and accelerate their breakdown. Materials chosen must be selected specifically for resistance to salt and persistent high humidity.
Chalets may stand empty for long periods, and windows and doors in rest houses may not be fully sealed. Insects enter easily from the surrounding environment, and preventive treatment may be necessary before infestation becomes visible.
The location sits on the Red Sea coast directly, with coral reefs and a winding bay, the air is salty and humid throughout the year. Rainfall is minimal but sea moisture settles constantly on glass, fabrics and floors.
Comprehensive inspection of the villa, garden, boundaries and the nearby beach. Coastal air means insects may enter easily from outside. Identify the species precisely, as coastal species may require different treatment approaches.
Main entry sources are windows, doors and gaps around the foundation facing the sea. Coastal winds may carry insects directly from the environment into the home. Cracks and openings on the seaward side are particular risks.
Cracks and gaps on the villa walls facing the sea provide safe refuges because of persistent moisture. Treatment includes cleaning these areas thoroughly and sealing gaps with materials that resist salt and high humidity.
Underground drains and pipes carry permanent moisture from the coastal environment and leaks, which insects follow. Baits are placed around the perimeter and at all points where utilities enter the structure.
Baits are placed around the villa perimeter, through the garden and external boundaries, along the beach edge where possible. Focus is on boundaries, windows and doors to intercept insects coming from the sea and beach.
Follow-up is frequent and essential: every two weeks for the first two months, then monthly thereafter. Persistent moisture means insects may return quickly, and regular monitoring and prompt repetition of treatment is essential for control.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Khaleej Salman too, and more than one can share a single visit.
