We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Khaleej Salman is a coastal stretch on the Red Sea north of Jeddah, where chalets and rest houses stand among land still being developed around a shallow winding bay. Salt is in the air all year, and humidity keeps carpets and curtains slightly damp, so they hold odours and dust longer than in drier districts. Wooden doors swell and shrink with the seasons. Cleaning here is a fight against salt and constant moisture.
Coastal villas and chalets here need cleaning far more often from salt and humidity than any other district in Jeddah, and metals and glass corrode noticeably fast from year-round exposure. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
The coastal location means salt is permanently in the air, rising with wind and waves. Salt settles on glass as a haze that plain water spreads rather than removes, and it works into metal window frames and railings where it sits indefinitely. Coastal humidity keeps wood and textiles slightly damp continuously, which promotes mildew and holds odours.
Wood absorbs humidity from the coastal air and swells during winter and damp months. Doors swell slightly and rub on frames, and may shrink slightly in dry periods. Exterior paint cracks from this constant expansion and contraction, and wood begins to rot if ventilation is not maintained perfectly.
Metals in frames, railings and outdoor furniture rust noticeably fast from salt and moisture. Even galvanised iron starts to rust in the first year, and aluminium corrodes and shows black staining. Hinges and chains need constant lubrication and cleaning to function reliably.
Khaleej Salman is a coastal development north of Dhahban on the Red Sea where chalets and rest houses stand among land subdivisions still being developed around a shallow winding bay edged with coral reefs, with a public beach and park nearby.
High surfaces and light fittings carry a faint salt layer that appears rapidly, and humidity makes dirt stick more permanently than in dry climates.
Stairs and metal handrails rust and corrode from salt, requiring rust-inhibiting cleaning products and protective treatments regularly.
The main kitchen has appliances requiring salt and humidity protection, and surfaces hold moisture that promotes mildew and corrosion.
Bathrooms here are always damp from the coastal location, and mildew appears rapidly despite good ventilation from constant humidity.
Windows and their tracks gather salt and moisture together, requiring mild acids to clean properly without damaging frames.
External entrances and thresholds face the sea directly and receive salt and moisture immediately, with wood and metals corroding fast from this exposure.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.

The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Khaleej Salman too, and more than one can share a single visit.
