We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Wadi is an industrial district in south Jeddah, warehouses and storage facilities and logistics hubs. Residential homes here are sparse but present amid industrial activity and the port, and black diesel soot from trucks and heavy industry settles on everything. This clean is not dust removal but scale removal: scraping off industrial deposits and cutting through diesel and oil residue.
Diesel soot and workshop dust from industrial activity in Al Wadi leaves a thick oily black layer on floors and curtains, and ordinary cleaning may not be enough. For the method itself, see our move-in and move-out cleaning service in detail.
Al Wadi is busy with loading activity and heavy trucks, and oily black soot and oil deposits settle on surfaces and fabrics. Ordinary water does not remove these oily deposits; we need special treatment to cut through the oil and remove it.
Al Wadi sits close to the coast and the port, and humidity combined with soot creates a harsh environment. Bathrooms and corners suffer from moisture and mould, and floors blacken quickly.
Workshop and warehouse activity brings metal shavings, cement dust and industrial particles that do not disappear with ordinary mopping. Floors need hard scrubbing and repeated cleaning.
Al Wadi in south Jeddah is dominated by warehouses and storage facilities licensed under civil defence requirements, organised along streets such as Nasser bin Eid Street. Its position next to Al Khumrah extends the industrial belt running through this part of the city.
Fitted cupboards and wardrobes may be blackened with soot, so we clean inside and out with special degreasing treatment.
Kitchens need deep cleaning; metal appliances and gaps gather soot quickly and need vigorous treatment.
Bathrooms suffer from moisture and mould from soot and salt combined, so we focus on corners and ceilings.
Floors need hard scrubbing and repeated cleaning to remove soot and oil from heavy particles.
Windows and tracks carry a thick layer of black soot needing careful repeated cleaning.
Doors, switches and light fittings may be blackened with soot, so we clean and dry them thoroughly.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial area means dust and soot are not ordinary domestic dust but oily industrial deposits. The clean needs specialised degreasing treatment, not ordinary water mopping. A home in this location needs industrial-grade cleaning very different from ordinary residential cleaning.
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.
We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Wadi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
