We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Zuhour is an emerging district in Obhur Al Shamaliyah, part of a new urban tract where land and housing are still being released and built. The Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road connect it to the city. Fine sand from exposed ground enters new homes readily, and new mattresses absorb it quickly before they receive regular use. Active construction nearby raises dust and grit that clings to beds.
Fine sand and construction dust enter brand new homes very quickly, and soft new mattresses absorb them both before regular use even begins. For the method itself, see the full mattress cleaning page.
An emerging district has exposed land on all sides. Fine sand creeps in under new windows and doors very quickly. A new mattress with soft fill absorbs this sand rapidly. Early cleaning protects the mattress before sand embeds in the soft fill.
Subdivisions under construction nearby raise heavier dust and coarser grit than a finished district. This heavy dust enters new homes and settles on mattresses, and may scratch surfaces.
New fill is softer and less dense than old fill. Sand and dust penetrate much faster. New homes with new mattresses together mean rapid absorption of everything airborne.
An emerging district within a new urban development with vacant land and active construction, connected by main roads to the city, and exposed to fine sand from uncovered ground.
New mattress type determines how carefully we handle sand and heavy construction dust. Soft foam needs very careful treatment and light extraction.
Deep vacuum extraction focuses on removing sand and dust from inner layers before it embeds in the new soft fill.
Stains on new mattresses may come from moisture or coarse grit, and need careful treatment.
Cleaning covers face and sides very gently, avoiding harsh scrubbing that could press grit deeper into soft fill.
Wet extraction removes water, moisture and sand together, leaving the new mattress clean for use.
Strong ventilation and mild sanitising are enough for a new mattress in an active construction zone.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development district means active construction around your home and exposed land on all sides. A new mattress here needs early protection from sand and dust before they work deep into the soft new fill.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Zuhour too, and more than one can share a single visit.
