We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rabie is a new development in the Obhur Al Shamaliyah scheme in north Jeddah, with villas rising on damp ground near the gulf and coast. Salt and gulf moisture penetrate new fabrics quickly, and wind carries fine sand that settles into layers ordinary vacuuming cannot reach. The combination ages a mattress before it should.
New villas on ground close to the gulf sit under high humidity and sea salt air. Modern mattresses dry slowly here and salt smell remains even after drying, leaving a metallic tang. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Air near the gulf leaves a faint salt layer on everything, and new mattress fabric absorbs it and turns rough and salty-smelling. Ordinary suction leaves the salt deep where it cannot reach it.
New building on damp ground means moisture rises from below through utilities and foundations. A mattress placed on new tile absorbs moisture from underneath rapidly, even in a closed bedroom.
Gulf winds carry very fine sand through open windows and past curtains. It settles into the mattress's deep layers where it mixes with body moisture and becomes fine paste.
A new subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah within a new urban tract still releasing land and under construction, served by main roads linking it to the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road.
New fabrics need careful assessment because salt and moisture may have weakened the weave already, and a test determines the safe suction strength without tearing.
Deep dry vacuum must remove salt and fine sand that is embedded and mixed with body moisture, using multiple gentle passes.
Salt and sand stains need separate treatment from sweat stains. Salt is removed first, then sand, then organic matter.
Both sides and edges must be cleaned because salt collects at edges and groundwater rises from below at corners.
Wet extraction must be strong to pull gulf salt and moisture, but balanced so we do not leave excess water that will not dry quickly from damp ground.
Sanitising, airing and moisture control are essential here, and we raise the mattress off the floor so it dries from below and ventilate across opposite windows.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New villas on ground close to the gulf mean your mattress faces salt air above and groundwater below. Cleaning must remove both or smell and moisture will return within days.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Rabie too, and more than one can share a single visit.
