We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Shuwaidi is part of the Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions in north Jeddah, a new district on recently released residential plots with ongoing building and new villas beside vacant land. Most mattresses here are new or only a few years old, but continuous building work raises cement and sand dust from exposed ground, and new mattresses absorb construction dust quickly. The Jeddah Madinah Road beside the district carries heavy traffic, and new villas sit close to it. Cleaning here is about managing construction dust from the start, not years of neglect.
New mattresses here are exposed to construction dust from the start, which differs markedly from road dust or coastal salt, and residents are usually recent arrivals unfamiliar with local conditions. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Ongoing building on neighbouring land releases cement, concrete and rust dust. This dust is harsh and heavier than ordinary road dust, and penetrates fabric easily. Home air filters clog quickly and mattresses accumulate a thick grey layer within weeks of exposure.
New mattresses often contain delicate foam and fabrics that do not tolerate excessive suction pressure or hot water. Each new mattress here needs individual testing before full cleaning to ensure we do not damage the material.
The Jeddah Madinah route carries heavy commercial traffic, and new villas near the road absorb extra diesel vapour alongside construction dust from the plots around them.
Al Shuwaidi is a new development district in north Jeddah within the new urban extension. Residential plots are newly released and building is ongoing. Main roads connect it to the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road.
Initial inspection assesses foam and cover type; many new mattresses here contain delicate materials requiring careful handling.
Dry vacuum is gentle at first to lift surface construction dust without damaging new weave.
Stains are rare on new mattresses but if we find discolouration from construction dust we treat it gently.
Wet cleaning uses tepid water because new fabrics may have sensitive dyes applied at manufacture.
Wet extraction is strong but controlled to remove water and dissolved dust quickly without over saturation.
Drying uses cool to warm air to avoid any damage to new foam formulations.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Ongoing construction around the home means cement and concrete dust enters constantly, which differs greatly from road dust or sea salt. New mattresses here need special attention because they have never encountered this dust type before and are still in their most fragile phase.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Shuwaidi lies between the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road, with Abhor Park in the broader extension. Mattresses we reach near these roads and the park are subject to different dust and salt loads depending on their exact facing.
We provide these in Al Shuwaidi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
