We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Tadamun is a modern villa development in south Jeddah where mattresses face challenges very different from those in old apartment blocks. Gardens, irrigation and private pools raise humidity around each house, and dust from exposed ground and active construction enters the mattress with every window opened. Cleaning targets removal of fine sand and moisture that accumulate in the new soft fill.
New mattresses here with soft fill absorb sand and moisture much faster than old ones, requiring early cleaning before the fill becomes heavy or traps stale smells. For the method itself, see what mattress cleaning involves.
Every villa has a garden, watered daily, and a private pool nearby, so humidity around the house is persistent. Large windows and outdoor spaces let damp air in directly, and mattresses absorb this moisture much faster than in villas without gardens would.
Ongoing building around new homes raises sand and grit dust, and open ground without trees stores dust. Wind pushes sand under doors and through window gaps directly because the earth is not yet sealed or planted.
New mattresses in modern villas have soft sensitive fill that absorbs sand and moisture much faster than old dense fill. This means earlier cleaning and careful handling to avoid damaging the delicate new material.
A newly built administrative residential district with low population density, each villa sits on its own plot with garden, irrigation and pool, raising both dust and humidity continuously around the home.
New fill in modern villas needs careful inspection because the fabric is delicate and seams may be weak, and rough handling can cause small tears.
Deep dry vacuuming targets the inner fill layers where fine sand and dust settle quickly in this mattress type.
Stains from sand and moisture combined need gentle treatment, using a product specifically suited to the new soft fill material.
Surface and side cleaning covers all faces and edges where sand accumulates, and edge care is vital because new mattresses have weaker seams.
Wet extraction removes dirty water carrying sand and dust, and the water colour may be lighter here because the fill is newer and cleaner to start with.
Drying and sanitising matter because garden and pool moisture may return fast, and extra airing prevents stale smells from developing.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Villas in Al Tadamun lie east of Al Khumrah between Al Laith Road and the Middle Ring Road, reached via these main roads, and work here demands careful handling of new fill and extra drying to prevent humidity from gardens and pools returning too quickly.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Tadamun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
