We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Taawun is a newly developed district on Jeddah's southern fringe near Al Khumrah, surrounded by active construction and vacant land and rest houses. Mattresses here face combined challenges of coastal air and industrial dust: diesel soot from heavy goods routes mixes with construction dust, and coastal humidity traps this soot inside the fill. New mattresses absorb this heavy mixture fast, and cleaning targets removal of settled soot and dust together.
Dust here is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of soot and grit that clings to everything, and mattresses become heavy and musty quickly. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
The district sits between heavy goods routes connecting the port and industrial city, so black soot clings to curtains, window sills and mattresses. The soot is oily and heavy, settling in the fill easily, and ordinary cleaning does not reach it deep inside.
Nearness to the sea and Al Khumrah raises humidity that mixes with soot and makes it stick harder. Damp air slows drying after cleaning, and the moisture pulls soot deeper into the fill.
Building sites and vacant ground raise sand and grit that mix with black soot. This soot and grit mixture enters the mattress and settles deep, and each needs different treatment.
A district on the city fringe near Al Khumrah and south of Al Sanabil, with new housing subdivisions and vacant plots around the homes, scattered ongoing building and heavy goods roads running between the port and industrial city.
Mattresses here are heavy with greasy black soot, so we inspect the cover and seams because soot oxidises and weakens the fabric.
Deep dry vacuuming targets removal of black soot and grit together from all fill layers repeatedly.
Stains from soot and grit and moisture combined need specialist treatment, using a product that removes oily soot without harming the fill.
Surface and side cleaning targets soot removal from all faces and edges where it accumulates most.
Wet extraction removes black dirty water carrying heavy greasy soot and grit, the colour will be very black.
Drying and sanitising matter greatly because soot and moisture together cause strong stale smells, and extra airing is necessary.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Homes in Al Taawun sit between Al Laith Road and Al Hussein ibn Ali Street in the Rawdat Al Taawun scheme, south of Al Sanabil and near Al Khumrah, reached via these main roads, and work here demands strong deep vacuuming to remove settled soot from the fill.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Taawun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
