We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Huda is a south Jeddah district south of Al Ajawid and east of Al Sanabil, formerly known as Al Tahlawi. Three storey apartment blocks form its core, with new villas rising on vacant plots beside them and more bare ground waiting for building. The district is in transition from an old apartment neighbourhood to a mixed development. Mattresses in the older blocks carry accumulated coastal humidity, while mattresses in new villas face construction dust. Al Laith Road on the western edge carries heavy traffic and dust filters in from every direction.
Mattresses in old apartment blocks here face high humidity and sea salt dust, while mattresses in new villas face construction dust exposure. For the method itself, see what mattress cleaning involves.
The three storey flats were built decades ago and the old infrastructure does not allow rapid evaporation of moisture. Mattresses in these flats absorb humidity year after year and need repeated drying cycles to stay usable.
Building of new villas beside the old apartment blocks releases cement and concrete dust. Wind carries it into neighbouring homes and even old flats find themselves exposed to new dust from every direction.
Al Laith Road on the district's western edge handles heavy commercial transport, and the noise and dust enter nearby homes. Mattresses in homes facing the road absorb more particulate than those set back from it.
Al Huda is a south Jeddah district south of Al Ajawid and east of Al Sanabil. Three storey apartment blocks coexist with new villas going up on vacant land. The district has a mosque, a park and a health centre serving residents.
Initial inspection treats old apartment and new villa mattresses separately because their challenges are entirely different.
Vacuum in old flats begins gently to assess foam condition, then increases if the mattress can tolerate it.
Visible stains may be old sweat, sea salt or oil residue, and each type receives separate treatment.
Wet cleaning in old flats is conservative to avoid encouraging excess water absorption.
Wet extraction is strong here to remove all water, dissolved soils and salt quickly.
Drying takes longer in old flats because of accumulated moisture in the structure itself.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Huda borders Al Huda Park and Al Huda Mosque, with Al Laith Road on the western edge. Mattresses we reach near these landmarks experience different levels of air exposure and dust depending on their proximity to the road and the neighbouring building sites.
We provide these in Al Huda too, and more than one can share a single visit.
