We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Karamah is a residential administrative district on the eastern edge of south Jeddah, between the sea and the heavy goods roads. Homes here absorb darker, oilier dust than the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit. Coastal humidity adds musty smell and mattresses feel heavy and stuffy. Deep cleaning removes soot and moisture together.
The district sits between the port and heavy traffic routes, the dust is darker and oilier, and humidity from the sea is high. Mattresses feel heavy and the edges may blacken quickly. For the method itself, see what mattress cleaning involves.
The district sits between the sea and heavy transport and port activities. Soot from trucks and the port rises into homes. Mattresses absorb this heavy oily soot. Standard vacuuming cannot remove it. Deep cleaning needs a product that dissolves soot.
Coastal humidity is high here and older homes hold dampness. Mattresses absorb moisture and musty smells. Cleaning must remove dampness after extraction and sanitise the surface.
Floors in older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens fast with soot. Mattresses pick up the same pollutants from inside that blacken the floors on the surface.
A residential administrative district on the eastern edge of south Jeddah south of Al Tadamun, positioned between the port and major cargo routes.
Mattresses in older homes may be old or new. We inspect the cover carefully because humidity may have damaged the fabric if it was weak.
Soot, grease and moisture need deep vacuum on both sides. We start from the underside close to the floor.
Stains are deep and may be soot and mould. Each stain is treated with a product suited to it, tested on the edge first.
Cleaning both sides and edges happens with deep extraction and sanitising to kill mould.
Extracted water is black and may smell odd. We repeat extraction several times and sanitising is important here.
Humidity is very high. We carefully control mattress moisture after extraction and do not leave until humidity improves.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a mixed district between the sea and heavy traffic, the mattress faces pollutants from two sources: soot from the traffic and humidity from the coast. Cleaning must address both together, and final moisture control is essential.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Karamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
