We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rahmah is a new residential scheme in south Jeddah laid out on flat open ground with wide stretches of vacant land around the homes, where wind carries dust and sea salt directly across open spaces into the houses. New mattresses soil quickly from construction dust and accumulated sea salt.
Open winds from the sea carry salt and fine dust directly across vacant land into bedrooms with no natural barriers to slow them. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
A new district with expanses of bare ground means coastal winds carry salt with greater force, and there is no vegetation or building to break the wind. Salt enters homes easily through cracks and window gaps.
The district is still incomplete, with ongoing building around each home producing dust from contractors and machinery. This coarser construction dust mixes with finer sea salt, a heavy mixture that deposits in the mattress quickly.
Several internal streets remain unpaved, so every vehicle movement or strong wind raises clouds of dust. This coarse dust enters flats easily, and new mattresses absorb it readily.
A new district on flat open terrain slightly inland from the coast but in an exposed environment surrounded by vacant plots and incomplete side streets.
We check the fabric and fill type first; new mattresses in new homes usually have high standards but are sensitive to salt and coarse dust ingress.
Double deep dry vacuum removes coarse dust and fine salt together from the surface before water is added.
Stain treatment for salt deposits and trapped dust needs gentleness because new fabrics are sensitive to aggressive scrubbing.
Cleaning and extraction happen quickly with no delay, because salt can wick additional moisture into the foam if water sits.
Wet extraction here is balanced: forceful enough to remove salt and water but not aggressive, to avoid damaging new foam.
Airing and mechanical drying with fans are essential because ground moisture in new building foundations significantly slows natural drying.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
The new development character means new sensitive mattresses in an exposed environment surrounded by vacant land where salt and dust arrive powerfully on open winds. The mattress needs gentle cleaning and precise drying because ground moisture in new building foundations significantly slows natural drying rates.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
