We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Mursalat is a densely built apartment district in the far southeastern corner of Jeddah near the Bahrah boundary, with hundreds of small and mid sized flats for rent and sale. The Jeddah Makkah Expressway runs through the area carrying heavy goods constantly, and the sea sits only metres away. Mattresses here absorb both road soot and coastal moisture, and drying in tight flats becomes a real struggle.
Mattresses in Al Mursalat flats absorb constant soot from the expressway and are affected by sea moisture only metres away. Drying after cleaning takes far longer because tight flats lack adequate ventilation for air circulation. For the method itself, see what mattress cleaning involves.
The expressway runs directly beside the apartment blocks, and heavy goods lorries belch soot constantly day and night. It enters flats through windows and gaps, and the mattress absorbs it rapidly. The soot is oily and sticks to every surface.
The sea sits only metres away, and high humidity penetrates the buildings and traps itself in tight flats. The mattress absorbs both humidity and soot together, creating ideal conditions for mould and mildew to grow fast.
Small flats have few and small windows, and the air does not move. The mattress stays damp for weeks after cleaning, and drying becomes a real problem. Proper ventilation is almost impossible in many units.
A dense apartment district in the far southeastern corner of Jeddah near Bahrah governorate, with the Jeddah Makkah Expressway running through it carrying heavy goods traffic. Housing is predominantly small to mid sized rental and sale flats in multi storey blocks.
Mattresses in flats may be cotton or blended fabric with deep trapped moisture and soot. We identify the cover type and condition before starting any treatment.
Dry suction begins with strong power to extract soot from deep layers, with focus on edges and corners where soot compacts thickest over time.
Sooty stains need a soot solvent treatment before extraction. Old stains may require multi step treatment to lift them from the weave completely.
Both surfaces are cleaned gently because trapped moisture may have weakened the fabric. We understand that drying will take longer than in drier districts.
Wet extraction pulls dissolved soot and dirty water away with emphasis on removing all remaining moisture before the work ends.
Sanitising and forced ventilation are essential to prevent mould spreading. We strongly recommend opening all windows and doors fully for several days after cleaning.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Mursalat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
