We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Kilo 18 is a point further out along the Old Makkah Road near the southeastern edge of Jeddah governorate close to the Bahrah boundary, within an active belt of industrial and storage activity that has grown up outside the city. Few scattered homes sit among large warehouses and loading yards, exposed to continuous heavy diesel soot from large lorries and cargo handling equipment running day and night.
Mattresses in Kilo 18 face continuous heavy diesel soot from a large number of heavy goods lorries and equipment running all day. Coastal humidity traps the soot in the foam, and scattered homes make cleaning difficult because access is poor. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
An active logistics zone with lorries, containers and handling going on day and night. Heavy black soot covers everything, enters scattered homes easily, and the mattress absorbs it deep into the foam where it settles permanently.
The remote location outside the city means still air. Soot does not disperse easily, stays suspended in the air around scattered homes, and the mattress stays heavily soiled with thick soot that will not lift with normal vacuuming.
Moisture from the distant sea penetrates the dry soot and locks it into the fabric. Drying becomes very difficult, and mould grows rapidly in a damp environment contaminated with heavy soot particles.
A distant point on the Old Makkah Road at the far southeastern edge of Jeddah near Bahrah, within an active logistics and storage zone developed outside the city. Few scattered houses sit between large warehouses and loading yards, with heavy lorries and cargo equipment moving continuously.
Mattresses in Kilo 18 are heavily soiled with deep soot and trapped moisture. We identify cover type and foam condition before any treatment that might damage weakened fibres.
Dry suction is very strong to extract heavy soot from deep layers, with intense focus on all surfaces and edges where soot compacts heaviest.
Black sooty stains need specialist treatment to dissolve the oily soot before extraction. Old stains may need repeated treatment to free them from the weave.
Both surfaces are cleaned very gently because the fabric may be weakened by trapped soot. We understand that drying is extremely difficult here.
Wet extraction at high power pulls dissolved soot and dirty contaminated water away. We extend the wet extraction phase to remove as much soot residue as possible.
Sanitising and forced air flow are essential, and complete drying may take several days in such a damp and heavily polluted environment.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An isolated industrial zone with heavy logistics activity means mattresses face continuous heavy diesel soot with no relief, and coastal humidity traps it in the foam. Cleaning must address deeply embedded heavy contamination, not surface dirt.
We provide these in Kilo 18 too, and more than one can share a single visit.
