We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Mursalat is a residential district in the far southeastern corner of Jeddah, built densely with apartment blocks of repeated floors and shared entrances. Oily dust from the heavy expressway and salt from the coastal air combine with humidity, making shared entrances havens for dust and mildew, whilst individual villas here need cleaning that differs from apartments because they have more floor space and dust enters from more places.
Shared entrances accumulate dust and mildew quickly due to humidity, and floors in lower flats retain moisture that regular cleaning alone cannot remove or prevent from returning. For the method itself, see how we approach villa cleaning.
Al Mursalat is an apartment district where shared entrances collect dust from every resident entering and leaving. Any individual villas differ from apartments because they have private access, but they are surrounded by residential blocks that release dust from dozens of families. Cleaning needs to treat each floor separately and pay special attention to thresholds that open onto shared stairwells and common areas.
The Jeddah Makkah Expressway runs directly through the district, so dust from trucks is heavy, dark and oily. It sticks to windows and curtains strongly, leaves marks on floors where it is walked, and travels through shared stairwells into every unit. Villas and apartments beside the expressway experience more soot than those further from the road.
Al Mursalat sits close to the coast and between heavy roads, so the air is damp and humidity penetrates walls and bathrooms. Mildew returns quickly in bathrooms and on lower floors despite frequent cleaning. Stored fabrics and clothing feel permanently damp and need frequent washing to stay fresh.
A densely packed residential quarter with apartment blocks near the boundary with Bahrah governorate, traversed by the Jeddah Makkah Expressway, where coastal humidity is high and the air carries both salt and diesel soot.
High surfaces and windows collect heavy oily soot from the expressway and coastal air, and need vigorous cleaning every two weeks to prevent permanent film building on glass and fixtures.
Staircases and railings in multi storey blocks carry handprints from many residents and dust from all the households; weekly cleaning of common stairs is essential to prevent soot and salt building up on shared surfaces.
The small kitchen in flats collects cooking grease quickly, and floors become oily fast and need strong scrubbing with a degreaser to stay clean and prevent slipping hazards.
Bathrooms feel constantly damp and smell of mildew from coastal humidity and damp shared entrances; constant ventilation and frequent antifungal cleaning prevent mould growth on walls, grout and tile.
Windows and their tracks gather oily soot and salt from the coastal air; fortnightly track cleaning prevents buildup binding in the channels and making windows hard to open smoothly.
Entrances in the block are shared and accumulate dust and mildew from humidity; cleaning the entrance is not your sole responsibility, but cleaning your own threshold regularly reduces dust tracked in from the stairwell.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Mursalat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
