A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Mursalat is a residential district in the far southeastern corner of Jeddah, close to the Bahrah boundary, predominantly apartment blocks offered for rent and sale, with the Jeddah Makkah Expressway running through the area. An apartment district with shared entrances and stacked floors, heavy soot from the expressway enters from below. A flat on an upper floor faces coastal humidity from below, soot from above, and cooking oils from neighbouring flats at the sides. Cleaning here differs from villas because the flat owner cannot control all the ways dirt enters from shared spaces.
Flats on upper floors receive less dampness than ground floor units, but soot from the expressway reaches them easily through shared air vents. For the method itself, see our guide to house cleaning.
The expressway and heavy trucks mean soot enters windows, doors and shared balconies. Flat dwellers cannot control shared entrances that carry soot inward, or neighbours' cooking fumes that drift through common air.
Ground floor and lower-level flats draw coastal dampness from below and food smells from shops if any exist. Bathrooms and damp corners develop mildew and stale odour very quickly.
Small flats with tight spaces do not allow full window opening. Stale air traps odours and dampness, and furniture filling the room makes corner cleaning very difficult to reach.

Dust and soot descend from above with greater force in apartment blocks, so we start from the highest point and use a strong product to break down soot and grease together.
Bathrooms in flats close to ground level need a strong sanitiser for mildew from coastal dampness, cleaned more deeply than in villas because damp settles faster.
Kitchen surfaces in tight flats collect soot, dust and sometimes cooking oils from neighbouring flats. We clean them with a strong product and focus on cupboard edges.
Narrow floors in tiny flats need special care because furniture traps dust underneath. We sweep carefully and mop under furniture to prevent dust and odour buildup.
Glass and mirrors in flats close to the expressway are vulnerable to soot and dampness together, so we clean them with a strong product that breaks down both.
Touch points and windows in the flat trap soot, odours and sometimes dampness together. We clean them with a strong sanitiser and empty waste containers immediately.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.

Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Mursalat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
