We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Safhah is a small, simple residential quarter in the Taibah sub-municipality area of east Jeddah near Asfan. The University of Jeddah road passes through it and the quarter lies close to the stadium. The small neighbourhoods here are modest and kitchens are older. Proximity to the main road and the stadium means dust constantly enters kitchens alongside grease. Deep cleaning must remove a compound of grease and dust simultaneously.
Simple kitchens in Al Safhah carry layers of road dust and grease mixed together, making cleaning harder than in quarters away from main thoroughfares. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Al Safhah sits on the main University of Jeddah road carrying heavy traffic. Fine dust and exhaust enter the kitchen every day. Grease and dust combine and set into stubborn sticky layers.
Al Safhah is small and modest. Kitchens may be older and plumbing basic. Cleaning requires care with simple appliances and weak metal fixtures that can be damaged by pressure.
East Jeddah is drier than the coast, but the dust here is coarser. Kitchen moisture and road dust mix with grease. Cleaning needs a product that tackles all three simultaneously.
The small simple quarter sits on the University of Jeddah road, which carries heavy traffic. Fine dust and exhaust from vehicles enter kitchens easily throughout each day.
Cabinet doors in Al Safhah may be old and carry a compound of grease and dust, requiring careful selection of degreaser strength.
The extractor hood and filter pull road dust alongside cooking vapour, so they need special cleaning protocols.
Oven and hob may be older and sensitive, so we use gentler chemistry and light pressure to avoid damage.
Tiles behind the hob carry layers of dust and mineral scale from humidity, needing careful soaking before scrubbing.
Sink and mixer hold sediment and water stains mixed with dust particles from road air.
Flooring accumulates road dust and exhaust, requiring careful damp wiping and final fresh water rinse.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Safhah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
