We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Safhah is a simple residential district in east Jeddah close to the University of Jeddah. Villas are smaller and more densely packed, and coarse dust enters from open roads and surrounding land. Floors are simple ceramic and tile, and carpets carry heavy grit dust. Cleaning focuses on removing grit and dust before mopping to avoid scratches.
Villas in Al Safhah are surrounded by simple land and unmade roads, so coarse dust and grit enter heavily, and simple floors scratch from stone. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
Al Safhah is framed by simple open land and unmade roads, and coarse grit enters the villa readily. Yard and entrance carry heavy grit. Our cleaning starts with careful sweeping to remove all grit before mopping.
Floors are simple ceramic and tile, easily scratched by grit. Mopping without sweeping first leaves permanent scratches in ceramic. The villa always needs sweeping before mopping.
Carpets hold heavy grit dust, not just fine powder. A strong vacuum is essential first to extract embedded grit. Then deep cleaning treatment to the fibres.
A small simple residential district in the Taibah sub-municipality area of east Jeddah near Asfan, crossed by the University of Jeddah road and close to the stadium, within the boundary with Al Jumum governorate.
High surfaces and light fittings: high surfaces collect coarse dust from roads and open ground, and lamps hold a layer of stone dust.
Stairs and railings: stairs carry grit from yard and entrance, and simple railings are easy to clean but hold heavy dust.
The main kitchen: the kitchen is less affected by external grit but carries cooking grease on simple surfaces.
Every bathroom in the house: bathrooms are ceramic and simple tile, gathering less moisture than coastal districts.
Windows and their tracks: all windows are one simple type, and tracks hold dust and grit from entrance and yard.
Entrances and thresholds: thresholds carry heavy grit and dust from open roads, and ground in front of door shows stone and grit marks.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.

The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Safhah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
