We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Muntazah sits on the eastern edge of Briman, a district of low-rise apartment blocks let to workers with narrow lanes between them. The flats are small and the kitchens are smaller, with the air trapped inside. Cooking here is daily and heavy, and grease builds fast. Cabinets and surfaces are crowded very close together so everything dirties at once. Removing the grease demands precision in spaces so tight that a brush can barely turn.
The flats are very small and the kitchens are even smaller. Air does not move easily through a small flat. Grease settles in tight corners and narrow gaps rather than dispersing. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
A kitchen in an Al Muntazah flat barely fits one person to stand in it. Cabinet, hob, sink each sits inches from the next. Grease builds on all of them at the same speed. Cleaning requires a strict sequence and extreme care so scrubbing one surface does not scratch its neighbour.
The lane outside is narrow and the flat is very small. Air does not move so grease settles in every tiny corner. A large brush cannot reach corners this tight. We use very small brushes to reach every crevice and tight gap that collects grease.
The street outside is so narrow that vehicles cannot enter. The team carries equipment from the main road through tight passageways into the flat. This limits how much gear we can bring and demands strict movement discipline so we do not bump the walls or carry grease into another room.
A worker housing district on the eastern fringe of Briman, low-rise apartment blocks with ground-floor shops, very narrow internal lanes and a tight ground footprint throughout.
Grease on cabinet fronts crowded close together needs very careful removal. Hard scrubbing scratches the neighbouring cabinet. We work gently and use the chemistry of the degreaser rather than force.
The extractor hood and filter in the small flat sit inches from cabinets and the sink. The filter clogs fast from heavy grease. We disassemble it carefully and clean section by section.
Oven and hob are inches from the sink and cabinet. Hard scrubbing the hob risks striking the neighbouring sink. We work on the hob from the side and watch the sink.
Tiles behind the hob sit very close to the cabinets. Grout lines are small and tight. We use a very small brush and reach every line without scratching the cabinets.
Sink and tap sit inches from the hob and cabinet. The tap may carry grease from the hob. We scrub the tap with extreme care and never use a harsh brush.
The tight floor and corners are hard to reach with a large brush. We use a very small brush and reach every tight corner.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Muntazah sits where Hada Al Sham Road meets Muawiyah Al Sulami Street, a district of tightly packed apartment blocks with very narrow internal lanes. Reaching a flat means moving carefully through crowded passageways, and working inside the tiny kitchen demands light portable equipment and precise movement.
We provide these in Al Muntazah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
