We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Asla is a mixed district in east Jeddah with shops at street level and apartments stacked above. Its streets are newer than central Jeddah, but shops and homes are interspersed. Grease rises from the shops below, and the eastern exposure means winds carry grease in from outside too. A kitchen here faces that mix while packed against neighbours' kitchens on both sides.
The eastern location means winds from the mountains and valleys push grease in from the south and east, while shops below send grease upward, so kitchens here face grease from two directions. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Kitchens above shops already receive grease from below, but the eastern exposure means winds also carry grease in from outside. Streets here may have restaurants or bakeries at ground level sending extra grease mixed with the wind.
Relatively new streets often have solid walls from ground level shop fronts, so winds concentrate grease instead of dispersing it. Villas and flats on the same street receive grease from every direction, trapped by the built environment.
The eastern position between mountains and valleys means wind direction changes with the season. Grease accumulates at different rates, and hot summer winds concentrate grease on surfaces quickly.
A simply planned residential district in east Jeddah with apartments, villas and blocks, streets newer than the central quarters but mixed with commercial units rather than purely residential.
Cabinet fronts receive grease from multiple sources, so wiping needs strong product but the cabinets here are newer so they can handle it.
The extractor hood and filter face double the grease load from the shop and the street, so they need stronger cleaning and the filter may need replacement sooner.
Oven and hob get dirty fast because the eastern location means winds carry grease, and tight kitchens concentrate it.
Tiles behind the hob hold grease from multiple directions, so cleaning needs thorough treatment of tile and grout.
Sink and mixer may show deposits from airborne grease particles. Cleaning removes deposits but the external sources keep adding more.
Floors and corners soil from above and sideways, so corners collect most, and cleaning needs strong scrubbing.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district with eastern exposure means your kitchen receives grease from the shop below, the street, and the wind together. Being packed beside neighbours means no good ventilation. Cleaning removes current grease, but external sources keep introducing fresh grease continuously.
We provide these in Al Asla too, and more than one can share a single visit.
