We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Harazat is a densely built residential spread in south east Jeddah, apartment blocks squeezed on narrow streets close to Old Makkah Road. Kitchens here are small with simple surfaces, and grease accumulates fast because ventilation is weak and apartment buildings stand very close to one another.
Al Harazat kitchens are very small and cramped between closely spaced apartment buildings, air does not circulate easily so grease hangs in the air longer and humidity makes it stick harder. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Al Harazat is very densely packed with apartment blocks standing side by side on very narrow lanes. Flats and kitchens are cramped and windows face walls of opposite buildings. Air does not move so grease settles instead of being drawn away.
Most kitchens are very small with simple surfaces that may be old. Popular housing usually has no strong extraction systems. The hob and oven may be old and cabinets are basic.
Al Harazat is very close to the busy Old Makkah Road. Constant traffic and heavy vehicles kick up dust that enters kitchens. Dust mixes with grease to make the layer heavier and darker.
A very densely built residential area on former farmland close to Old Makkah Road, with low rise apartment blocks and simple popular housing on very narrow streets, served by local health centres and everyday shops.
Basic cabinet fronts gather grease fast, so we use a reasonably strong product and let it work. Simple surfaces may be less sensitive than expensive ones.
The hood and filter may be basic or slightly old, so we clean carefully to avoid damaging mechanical parts.
The hob and oven may be old and simple, so we use a reasonable strong product and clean gently to avoid scratching them.
Tile behind the hob is basic and may be older, so we avoid excess water that could seep into grout joints.
The sink and tap are simple, and we use products safe for them. They may show rust so we focus on gentle removal.
The floor is basic ceramic, so we avoid excess water and hard friction that could damage the grout underneath.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Tightly packed apartment buildings and narrow streets mean very weak kitchen ventilation, so grease stays suspended longer and humidity makes it stick harder, and grease returns fast after cleaning.
We provide these in Al Harazat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
