We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Hamdaniyah is a dense mixed district east of the airport, where villas and flats sit alongside busy shops on the same street. Kitchens in the flats are small and ventilated through one small window only, whilst the shops below emit cooking smoke and food odours that drift up into your flat. Grease accumulates fast because ventilation is poor and the area stays busy all day.
Shops below and the constant traffic bring a mix of odours that blend with cooking smells, so kitchens here need extra ventilation after cleaning compared to quieter residential areas where air stays fresher. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Restaurants and food shops on the ground floor cook every day, and their smoke and airborne oil drift upward through gaps and vents into the flats above. Your kitchen grease mixes with shop odours, so removing the smell takes more than cleaning alone can do.
Flats here are small with just one or two narrow windows, so natural air flow is weak. Grease does not dissipate into the air but settles on walls and ceiling instead, and cooking smells linger for hours without strong ventilation to clear them out.
The street is busy daily with thousands of people and vehicles, so dust and exhaust drift into the kitchen constantly. Grease returns quickly after cleaning because the outside air itself is polluted, unlike quieter neighbourhoods where outdoor air is cleaner.
A very high density residential spread east of King Abdulaziz Airport with tall apartment buildings and villas mixed with busy commercial shops on Al Hamdaniyah Street and hypermarkets on Al Masurah Street, all carrying heavy daily foot and vehicle traffic.
Cabinet fronts here collect thick grease from poor ventilation, and shop odours get trapped in the buildup. We use a stronger degreaser and let it work longer to break down both the oil and the embedded smell.
The filter is very thick from cooking smoke drifting up from the shop below mixed with your own cooking. We soak it in warm water with strong degreaser for an hour to break down the layered smoke and oil.
The hob and oven see smoke rising directly from the shop kitchen, so grease buildup combines smoke and oil heavily. We leave the degreaser on much longer than in non-mixed kitchens to fully dissolve the stuck film.
Grout behind the hob absorbs odour from the rising smoke, and tight grout lines trap both grease and soot together. We focus on the lines with a small brush because smoke settles deep in the joints.
Sink and tap carry heavy limescale from hard water and suffer from high moisture from poor ventilation. We use a limescale remover after degreasing to restore shine and dry the metal completely.
We dry the floor thoroughly because weak ventilation leaves moisture on the ceramic or marble, which causes white spotting and makes the surface slippery after cleaning.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The mixed district means your kitchen experiences smoke and odours from shops below as well as your own cooking, so cleaning needs extra ventilation and an open window for at least an hour after we leave to fully clear all trapped smells.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Kitchens on Al Hamdaniyah Street and Al Masurah Street, surrounded by the dense shopping activity and markets, need deep cleaning planned around limited ventilation and high residential density. Work is organised around the heavy daily street traffic on both roads.
We provide these in Al Hamdaniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
