We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Salihiyah is a newly built district in east Jeddah north of Al Hamdaniyah, reached by Al Furusiyah Street, laid out as subdivisions of new villas and apartments with vacant plots still lying between the buildings and construction ongoing. Eastern air is very dry and dust is coarser than the coast. Wide windows and large gardens collect fine sand. Construction dust enters with natural sand. Surfaces are new, glossy and very sensitive to strong products.
Fine eastern sand and dust settle on glossy new cabinet fronts before they can be wiped, mixed with cooking grease and hard to remove both together. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Al Salihiyah is newly built and construction continues in parts of the neighbourhood. Construction dust, gravel and cement enter homes along with natural sand from the dry eastern ground. New glossy cabinets are delicate and sand scratches them if mopped before sweeping. Construction every day means extra dust on every surface.
Most kitchens in Al Salihiyah are glossy and brand new. Marble, porcelain, cabinets are costlier than old areas, in pale soft colours. A strong product may leave a lasting mark, a small pit, or change the colour. Testing on a very hidden area is essential and a very gentle product may be needed.
Eastern air is very dry, and grease dries and hardens fast before the product can work. A slightly stronger product is needed and longer contact time on the surface. Low humidity also means sediment in the sink from tank water.
A newly developed area east of Jeddah between Al Hamdaniyah and Al Rahmaniyah, reached by Al Furusiyah Street, subdivisions of recent villas and apartments with vacant plots still lying between buildings and construction in progress.
Glossy new cabinet fronts collect sand, dust and light grease in the new home. The product focuses on removing sand and dust alongside the thin grease layer.
The hood is new and powerful, but construction dust settles on the filter quickly. Weekly washing is essential during building.
The hob is new and glossy and not yet blackened. It may carry residue from transport, installation and construction dust.
Tiles behind the hob are glossy and new, and sand may sit on them before grease. Deep sweeping comes first then gentle scrubbing.
Sink and tap are new shiny metals, may hold sediment from tank water. Dry air means more sediment deposit.
New glossy porcelain floors are scratched by grit if mopped before sweeping, so deep sweeping must come first.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development means your kitchen surfaces are glossy, modern and very delicate. Construction ongoing means extra dust daily. Dry eastern air makes grease harden fast. All of these together mean deep sweeping first, a gentle carefully chosen product, and longer contact time for the degreaser to work.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Salihiyah is served by Al Furusiyah Street and located between Al Hamdaniyah and Al Rahmaniyah. The Primary Health Care Centre and the mosques mark the location, near Al Faisaliyah Private Schools.
We provide these in Al Salihiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
