We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Kawthar is a young district east of King Abdulaziz International Airport with new villas and apartment buildings built in recent years on wide streets. Yet ongoing construction and vacant plots between homes release fine construction dust that enters new kitchens, and the sewerage network is not yet complete. The kitchens are modern and spacious with gleaming marble floors, but fine building dust settles on smooth surfaces and mixes with cooking grease.
Al Kawthar is a new district but ongoing building around it and vacant ground send fine dust into new kitchens easily, and the incomplete sewerage network affects water quality. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
New villas and apartments in Al Kawthar have glossy marble or porcelain floors. Fine construction dust from neighbouring sites enters and lands on smooth surfaces, mixing with cooking grease and leaving faint grey marks on the new finishes.
The sewerage network in Al Kawthar is not yet complete, which may affect the quality of water available for cleaning. Water may carry fine sediment that remains on new surfaces after rinsing.
The wide streets in Al Kawthar are new and some are damaged from drainage projects and construction. Weakened road surfaces release additional dust that enters homes through ventilation and open doors.

New cabinet fronts are glossy and sensitive, requiring gentle degreasers and careful scrubbing to avoid scratching or leaving marks.
Extractor filters in new villas are relatively clean but construction dust may enter quickly and require more frequent cleaning.
Oven and stovetop in new homes may need minimal deep cleaning if the house is brand new and not yet heavily used.
New shiny tiles behind the stove are very sensitive to abrasive scrubbing, requiring only gentle degreaser application.
New sink and mixer tap are glossy and require careful handling to avoid water marks or salt deposits on shiny metal.
New marble floors are glossy and smooth, requiring very soft sweeping and gentle drying to avoid scratches or water spots.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
New villas and apartment buildings in Al Kawthar are located near Prince Khalid bin Abdullah Road and Al Mubashirin Mosque and Uqbah ibn Nafi Mosque, which aid navigation, and the newness of the district away from old main roads means easier access to homes and less accumulated street dust than in central Jeddah.
We provide these in Al Kawthar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
