We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Falah is a new district in east Jeddah beside King Abdullah Sports City, villas and flats on newly released plots between Al Bashair and Al Hamdaniyah. The air here is dry and the dust coarser and paler than on the coast. Grit and sand enter with every footstep and air movement, binding to grease. Cleaning here must start with dust removal before grease removal.
Fine eastern dust settles on cabinet tops and around the hood before it can be wiped, and mixes with cooking grease to form a paste that cannot be removed without deep sweeping first. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
Al Falah sits in east Jeddah far from the sea, and dry air carries dust that is paler and coarser than coastal dust. Dust enters through every opening and settles on cabinet tops, the hood and tiles before wiping can catch it. It mixes with cooking grease to form a paste that needs deep sweeping before the grease product can work. Dust removal is the first step here, not an afterthought.
The district is newly built on sandy soil with gravel. Ground around homes is not yet fully compacted in some areas, so grit enters with footsteps and on air currents daily. It scratches marble, porcelain and ceramic if mopped before sweeping. The kitchen needs very deep sweeping first.
Al Falah is far from the coast so humidity is lower, but old roof tanks leave grey silt in drinking and washing water. Deposits settle in sink basins, bathtubs and wash basins. This sediment needs separate treatment from grease removal to avoid clogging pipes.
A newly developed area in east Jeddah far from the sea, close to open ground and hills beyond the ring roads. The air is drier and the dust is coarser and finer in texture than coastal dust.
Cabinet fronts in Al Falah collect fine dust mixed with grease, so deep sweeping must come before degreasing. Grease alone may not be thick but dust mixed with it is hard to remove.
The hood works but fine dust settles on the filter quickly. Weekly filter washing is necessary in Al Falah instead of monthly.
The hob and splash area collect dust and grit with grease, so scrubbing must carefully remove grit first without scratching the surface.
Tiles behind the hob are new and delicate. We sweep deeply first then scrub gently. Small grit scratches new tile quickly if mopped before sweeping.
Sink and tap may need sediment cleaning from roof tank water first before grease removal. Grey silt is extracted with a special product before the degreasing product.
New ceramic floors are grit-sensitive. Very deep sweeping is essential, then gentle mopping. Grit scratches new tile fast if swept after rather than before.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Falah is served by Al Furusiyah Street and bordered by King Abdullah Sports City. The Primary Health Care Centre and Al Falah Park mark the location, and the street network around them guides access to most homes.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Falah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
