We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Ghawla is a mixed district in east Jeddah with shops at ground level and flats above them, away from the sea and near main roads. Grease rises from the shops and dust from the roads settles on everything. Kitchens here are simpler than new districts, and grease builds in the same way but on surfaces that may be older. Cleaning requires understanding shared building infrastructure and mixed surface ages.
Kitchens in Al Ghawla show ordinary grease but with dust and street grit mixed through it, on surfaces that may be varied and relatively older. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Al Ghawla sits near Asfan Road, so dust enters with the air and clings to grease. You do not see pure grease, but a blend of grease and dust. Cleaning needs a product that breaks down both.
In a simple mixed residential district, you may have old cabinets and a new oven, or the reverse. Surfaces are varied and the product must be safe on each of them.
Simple homes may lack strong ventilation. Grease does not get carried away on air currents, instead settling and building up. Deep cleaning needs patience for the product to work long enough.
A simple residential mixed-use district in the Taibah sub-municipality of east Jeddah, at Wadi Al Ghawla near the Al Jumum boundary, with basic residential character near Asfan Road and University of Jeddah Road.
Cabinet fronts in Al Ghawla may be old and layered with grease and dust; the product must be strong but safe on multi-coat paint.
Hood and filter in simple homes may be weak, so they clog fast and cleaning must be careful not to damage them.
Oven and hob may be new or old, and cleaning adapts to each case.
Tiles behind the hob may be very old and metals behind them may be weak, requiring very careful cleaning.
Sink and tap may be old brass or new stainless, and product must be safe on both.
Old ceramic floor needs careful scrubbing that does not worsen existing chips and cracks.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed in Al Ghawla means your kitchen sits in a building with a shop below, grease rises and dust enters from a main road. Surfaces may be old and varied, and cleaning requires particular care for each one.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Kitchens in Al Ghawla are close to Wadi Al Ghawla and Asfan Road, and the district's location between Asfan Road and the Al Jumum boundary means dust and grease arrive from mixed sources that cleaning must address together.
We provide these in Al Ghawla too, and more than one can share a single visit.
