We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Abeer is a new district within the Obhur Al Shamaliyah planning scheme in north Jeddah, where newly released residential land is built up with modern villas. Kitchens here are new and spacious with large windows, but the neighbourhood sits close to the sea and creek, so salt laden sea air and high humidity enter kitchens easily and accelerate grease accumulation in ways distinctly different from inland districts.
Modern villas in Al Abeer with wide windows allow salt air and high humidity to enter the kitchen easily, so grease accumulates faster and bonds with salt in ways that differ sharply from interior district kitchens. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
Villas in Al Abeer are brand new with large modern windows and open design that welcomes air flow. Proximity to the sea and creek means the air entering is saturated with salt and moisture, so salt laden humidity enters the kitchen with every breeze, raising both humidity and mineral content.
The district is young and opens directly onto the ocean. Sea salt in the air accelerates grease oxidation and turns it into hard layers faster. Salt penetrates gaps and crevices and deepens them, so cleaning must address salt and grease together rather than one or the other.
Moist air from the sea enters the kitchen and raises humidity levels. This accelerates mildew growth on walls and joints and makes grease bind more stubbornly to damp surfaces, requiring extended contact time to break the bond.
A new residential district with planned housing and modern villas positioned close to the shore in north Jeddah, part of a newer urban area that opens directly onto sea and estuary.
Cabinet fronts in modern villas are spacious and bright but sea air salt leaves white deposits on them, requiring treatment of both salt staining and grease together.
The hood and filter in modern villas have contemporary designs but salt air corrodes them and blocks vents, requiring salt residue removal from metal components during cleaning.
The oven and hob are brand new but exposure to sea air may cause light rust on metal alongside grease, so cleaning must address oxidation and salt deposits as well as cooking oil.
Tiles behind the hob are new and easy to work on but sea salt deposits on them and leaves white staining, requiring treatment of mineral deposits before addressing the grease layer.
The sink and tap fixtures are modern but may carry mineral deposits from coastal water chemistry in addition to grease, requiring dual treatment during cleaning.
Flooring is new and attractive but salt and humidity from the air may cause chalky mineral staining, requiring treatment of salt deposits and grease together during the deep clean.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means the villas and kitchens are brand new, but the coastal location means salt air and humidity enter easily through large modern windows. Deep cleaning must address salt, grease and humidity together as an interconnected problem, not simply remove grease in isolation.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Abeer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
