We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Majami is a villa district in north Jeddah's Obhur extension, where large residential plots hold mansion style homes with sprawling gardens. Kitchens here are spacious and open, connected directly to courtyards and landscaped grounds. Grease mixes with moisture from irrigation and the open air, and sprinkler spray dries to white chalky rings on the new marble and porcelain floors. The open design brings the garden into the kitchen.
Kitchens here are spacious and open, connected directly to courtyards and gardens, with glossy new marble and porcelain floors. Grease mixes with irrigation moisture and humid air from the gardens, and white chalky rings from sprinkler spray settle on the beautiful new flooring. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
These kitchens open directly onto courtyards and gardens, so irrigation moisture and humid air from planted areas enter constantly. Grease does not dry quickly in this humidity, and mould is likely to form in corners and grout lines. Deep cleaning requires an anti-mould product alongside the degreaser.
Irrigation spray falls directly onto the kitchen's new marble and porcelain floors from the garden, leaving thick white chalky rings as it dries. These rings spoil the beautiful new appearance. Removal requires a moderate acid product and great care because luxury marble is sensitive to aggressive treatment.
New marble and porcelain and luxury cabinetry are extremely sensitive to harsh degreasers. The homeowner expects to preserve the elegant finish, so testing and a gentler product strength are often needed compared to other districts, while still achieving the depth of clean required.
A villa subdivision of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah where large residential plots and mansion style properties are being marketed within the city's new urban extension. Homes have marble or porcelain floors, large windows, and open kitchens connected to courtyards and gardens.
Luxury cabinets are extremely sensitive, so we test a gentle product on a hidden area first before the full clean.
The hood and filter on luxury units are new and may carry garden moisture; we treat with caution and ensure complete drying.
Stovetop and burners are often high-end equipment and need testing first, and care with moisture from the open kitchen connection.
Luxury tile or marble behind the hob is extremely sensitive, so we test the product with great care before proceeding.
Luxury sink and mixer may carry white scale from irrigation spray; we remove it very gently.
Luxury marble or porcelain floors need great care from white chalk rings and scratching from cleaning itself.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
These villas and their kitchens are directly connected to large gardens and courtyards, so garden moisture, irrigation spray and garden humidity enter the kitchen constantly. New marble and porcelain surfaces are glossy and extremely sensitive to strong products.
We provide these in Al Majami too, and more than one can share a single visit.
