We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rabie is a new subdivision in Obhur Al Shamaliyah with villas, gardens and courtyards, marble and porcelain floors, and wide windows. Fine sand enters from the garden and courtyard with footsteps, and sprinkler spray dries to chalky rings on the tiles. Near the creek, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and curtains. Cooking grease rises and sticks to these salts, making it harder to remove than grease alone.
Kitchens in Al Rabie's new villas face fine sand from gardens and sea salt in the air, so grease mixes with sand and salt deposits. For the method itself, see the full kitchen cleaning page.
Villas in Al Rabie have gardens and courtyards, and fine sand enters on footsteps, settling on marble and porcelain floors. Cooking grease rises and sticks to sand particles on surfaces and cabinet doors. The mix of grease and sand becomes gritty and thick, and removing it takes care not to scratch the soft marble.
Gulf air carries salt spray that settles on glass, curtains and outdoor fabrics. This salt layer becomes a trap for dust and grease, making it hard to remove. Removing salt and grease together requires a product that dissolves salt without damaging glass or delicate fabrics.
The garden irrigation system sends hard water spray onto terraces and kitchen edges. The water dries to white chalk rings of lime on tiles and marble. Removing scale takes an acid product, but carefully on marble because strong acid erodes it.

Cabinet fronts in new Al Rabie villas hold grease mixed with fine sand from the garden and salt from the sea.
The hood and filter in new Al Rabie villas are cleaner than other districts, but fine sand may clog the filter.
The hob and tiles behind it trap fine sand and chalk from sprinkler spray.
New tiles behind the hob in Al Rabie are sensitive to strong acid, so we clean them carefully.
The sink and tap are new but may stain from salt and scale, and the filter needs regular cleaning.
Marble and porcelain floors are soft and need care during cleaning, and corners may collect sand and salt residue.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New villas in Al Rabie with gardens and courtyards bring new challenges: sand, salt and sprinkler spray. Cleaning here addresses different problems than closed apartment buildings, and marble floors need special care.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Rabie too, and more than one can share a single visit.
