We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Qawzain is a small seaside village at the far south of Jeddah on the southern corniche, where high humidity and salt air through the year means that gardens around rest houses and coastal villas gather salt, mould and algae at speed. Metal rusts, wood swells, and natural stone begins to weep with salt and won't dry.
Sea salt builds on surfaces and metal furniture within weeks, and mould blackens dark corners and damp surfaces before a single season ends. For the method itself, see how we approach garden cleaning.
Coastal stone and marble are eaten by salt accumulation and salt water staining. Cleaning requires solutions safe on stone that will not accelerate erosion or leave etched marks behind.
Salt air rusts ferrous metal at speed. Wires, pipes, railings and fencing need regular salt removal without making rust worse, and deep rust may need specialist recoating or replacement.
Coastal humidity feeds algal growth and mould on surfaces, paving and fabrics. Dark spaces between buildings see the heaviest growth, and clearing means removing the living layer without damaging the substrate.
A coastal strip with grey surfaces and sea salt accumulated everywhere, close to a sewage treatment works and iron factory, with the highest humidity in Jeddah and the fastest effect on metals and stone.
Leaves from coastal trees mix with salt and moisture, collected quickly before decay begins and encourages algae blooms.
Weeds and algae in joints are removed gently with safe solutions that do not harm stone or nearby metal fixtures.
Coastal pathways and surfaces are washed with special care to prevent salt from reaccumulating, and left fully dry to stop algal regrowth.
Outdoor furniture and seating are cleaned of salt and mineral deposits gently, left completely dry with no salt trace or moisture retained.
Seaside planting beds are cleared of salt and mould around plants carefully, and soil is watered with fresh water to dilute salt concentration.
Debris is bagged quickly and removed, with the space left open to air and dry to prevent moisture and mould from reforming.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Qawzain too, and more than one can share a single visit.
