Clean first, then disinfect
The common mistake is spraying disinfectant over dirt.

Al Rahmah is one of the subdivided residential plans of south Jeddah, laid out on flat open ground inland from the coast along Al Lith Road. Villa plots are being built out gradually among stretches of vacant land, with several side streets still unpaved and services yet to be fully established. Disinfection here differs because the district is new, construction is ongoing and contaminants are mixed between southern humidity and construction dust.
Extensive vacant land means dust and sand enter homes easily especially from southern winds, and new villas need repeated disinfection. For the method itself, see our guide to disinfection and sanitisation.
Al Rahmah in south Jeddah inland from the coast still faces southern winds bringing humidity from toward Makkah and dust from the desert. Foundations may leak moisture and new homes need regular disinfection. Disinfection must focus on damp areas and bathrooms especially.
Villas are built gradually and internal streets are partly unpaved. Disinfection access may be difficult and we must review approach routes before the session. Standalone villas need separate disinfection.
Villas are new and surfaces are fresh: marble, ceramic and wood may be sensitive to strong disinfectants. Choosing the right product and executing carefully on sensitive surfaces is essential.
Al Rahmah lies on level ground far from the coast along Al Lith Road in south Jeddah, villas are built gradually among extensive vacant land, some streets remain unpaved and services may be delayed.
We vacuum new surfaces first then light damp wipe to remove construction dust and sand, then disinfect on a clean surface.
Touch surfaces in a new villa: door and window handles and switches need high disinfection priority but careful handling because surfaces are sensitive.
Taps in new bathrooms and kitchens may hold moisture from recent installation, so we clean with a soft cloth first then disinfect with a metal-safe product.
Kitchen work surfaces are cleaned with a damp cloth first, then disinfected with a food-safe product.
Drains and grout lines may hold moisture from new construction and dust, so we clean with a soft brush and water first then disinfect carefully.
After disinfection we open windows and doors well because southern humidity is high, may use electric blowers to speed the drying process.
A move-in, an illness and an after-party aren't the same job.
Grime and grease shield what's under them.
A disinfectant has to stay wet on the surface to work.
Handles, switches, taps and rails are done by hand because they carry the most and need direct contact that fogging alone doesn't give.
Once the hard surfaces are done, a fine fog reaches the air, the fabrics and the corners a cloth can't, settling over what hand-wiping misses.
We open up and air the rooms, then walk the home with you before leaving.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a new development like Al Rahmah, disinfection must handle scattered new villas among extensive vacant land, with high southern humidity and ongoing dust. Choosing the right product and executing carefully on sensitive surfaces is essential.
The common mistake is spraying disinfectant over dirt.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
The foggers and the products come with the team.
If what you need is deep cleaning or mould work rather than disinfection, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
