We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Rahmah is a newly emerging district in south Jeddah laid out on open flat land inland from the coast. Villas are being built gradually among wide stretches of vacant land, with internal streets still incomplete. Ongoing construction raises building dust and sand, and the mix of airborne particles differs from settled mature neighbourhoods.
Construction dust is extremely fine and penetrating. It enters new homes even when doors are closed. Brand new curtains get unexpectedly dirty in the first year, even with all windows kept shut. For the method itself, see the full curtain cleaning page.
Construction work around the villa raises dust so fine it passes through cracks and openings, depositing on new curtains rapidly. Removing it requires special care because it mixes with air moisture and compacts onto the fibres differently than ordinary dust.
Wide open spaces between homes allow wind to carry sand and dirt over long distances. Curtains collect this airborne grit easily. Uncompacted ground and unpaved streets nearby increase the volume of dust in circulation.
Villas are new and curtains are usually premium fabrics, yet the surrounding environment is unstable. Coarse dust risks damaging delicate new fabrics. Cleaning requires great care to protect the fresh investment.
The district extends along Al Lith Road on flat terrain. Building and excavation are active, with soil and sand movement continuous. Air carries construction particles throughout working days, and unpaved access routes still exist.
Fabrics in new villas are almost always premium and recent. Close inspection is essential because luxury fabrics require very specific treatment before any cleaning starts.
Removal from a brand new villa may find building tools and materials scattered throughout. We work carefully to avoid damage and tidy the workspace as we proceed.
Extremely fine construction dust requires gentle initial shaking and strong dry vacuuming first. Water can turn dust into a slurry on the fibres, making removal harder.
Concrete stains and mud from building need special treatment. Each type of mark requires its own material and specific contact time to lift safely.
Cleaning method depends entirely on fabric type: delicate fabrics need complete gentleness despite heavy soiling. Strength could harm the fresh investment.
Drying in a new villa may be poor due to incomplete ventilation. We use equipment if needed and rehang curtains carefully to avoid stress.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means the environment around the home is not yet stable. Premium new fabrics in a home still under active construction need protective handling during cleaning. Building activity is the reality here, not the exception.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
