We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Khalidiyah is a northern villa district close to the corniche between King Abdulaziz Road and Saud Al Faisal Road, bordered by Al Andalus, Al Rawdah, Al Salamah and Al Zahra. Large villas and gated compounds are the housing, with apartment buildings on the fringes. Villas here have expansive outdoor gardens and open spaces, which means large windows and very long curtains. Air here is cleaner than in busier districts but direct sun on long curtains causes rapid fading and the hem picks up ground-level dust.
Residents notice that long curtains gather more soil because they sit close to ground level. Curtain hems may rest on garden screening, plants or earth. For the method itself, see our guide to curtain cleaning.
Villas in Al Khalidiyah have huge windows and glass doors opening on to expansive gardens. Curtains here run very long and may reach floor level. Length means curtain hems soil faster than the middle because they sit close to ground dust and tracked-in dirt.
Villas facing south or west experience strong sun all day. Long curtains absorb this direct exposure for hours, causing rapid colour fade. Regular cleaning does not stop fading but keeps fabric appearance more vibrant.
Long curtains may touch the floor or leave small gaps. Gaps allow insects and polluted air to enter the space. Hems close to ground level need deeper cleaning and may require inspection for insect activity or damage.
The district is northern and close to the corniche, between major roads with wide spacing between properties. Villas are spacious and outdoor areas extensive. Windows and glass doors open on to gardens, so curtain runs are long and wide.
Very long villa curtains need special inspection of hems and full-length creases and any soil pooled in the lowest folds.
Removal from heavy rods requires care. Rods may be under significant stress from the weight of long, heavy curtains and need verification of safety before takedown.
Dry vacuum for long curtains must be very strong because dust accumulates in the long folds and may need multiple passes from top to bottom.
Stains in long curtains concentrate in the middle and at the hem. Hem sections may need separate treatment if they are more heavily soiled.
Very heavy fabrics may require flat drying on a clean surface instead of hanging to prevent rod stress and uneven drying.
Rehang of long curtains requires careful alignment to ensure they hang straight and are not twisted, bunched or creased.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Khalidiyah sits on King Abdulaziz Road with Souq Al Khalidiyah as a prominent commercial landmark, and Saud Al Faisal Road as the southern boundary. We reach you via these roads, and the souq often serves as a navigation reference point for villas in the district.
We provide these in Al Khalidiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
