We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Andalus is a spacious villa district on Tahliah and the Corniche in north west Jeddah. Villas are large, each with a private garden, courtyard and boundary wall. Curtains here are chosen with care and most are expensive. Landscaping, irrigation and tree trimming mean high humidity near windows. Sprinkler spray leaves chalky rings on glass and fabric. Salt air from the nearby Corniche deposits a faint film on delicate fabrics.
Al Andalus differs from other districts in that each home has its own irrigation system and garden. Spray reaches windows and curtains. Salt from the nearby air and regular watering leave traces on every exposed fabric. For the method itself, see our curtain cleaning service in detail.
Every villa in Al Andalus has a garden and watering system. Spray from sprinklers reaches windows facing the garden. Curtains near those windows absorb moisture daily from regular watering. Salt in evaporated water vapour leaves chalky rings on glass and fabric. Removing excess moisture is difficult because it enters every day.
Al Andalus is close to the sea. Air carries fine salt particles that penetrate light and delicate curtains. Silk, chiffon and fine linen weaken from salt locked in the fibres. Only heavy curtains made for protection tolerate salt well.
A single villa in Al Andalus may need cleaning in bedroom, sitting room, study, kitchen and hallways. Each room may need different care depending on its window exposure, air movement and humidity. The team needs precise organisation and a detailed list.
A central northern villa district along Andalus Road, Tahliah and the Corniche. Large villas with private gardens and courtyards, King Fahd General Hospital and Al Andalus Park, international schools and shopping centres. The nearby Corniche means salt air and upmarket architecture.
Al Andalus typically holds expensive curtains: silk, linen, chiffon often imported and specially treated. We inspect each carefully because fine fabrics are sensitive to moisture and salt.
Removal can be difficult because large villa curtain track may be heavy and rings stuck tight. Old metalwork may show salt corrosion.
Dry vacuum is gentle on expensive fabrics. We do not use powerful suction that could stress the weave. A soft brush is sufficient.
Chalky salt deposits need soaking in warm water before any agitation. Some may need very mild acid treatment. Silk curtains may not tolerate any acid at all.
Washing is very gentle for fine fabrics. We may use cool water and very weak soap. Some curtains may be rinsed only, without soap.
Drying is in shade and natural air. Silk cannot tolerate direct sun. We leave it hanging until completely dry before removal and rehang.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Gardens and daily irrigation mean moisture is not temporary but constant. Curtains near windows face steady dampness from the garden. If dried quickly without salt removal, they can become over-dry and lose their natural flexibility.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Andalus stretches along Andalus Road and Tahliah near the Corniche. Work begins at villas close to Al Andalus Park and King Fahd Hospital and extends to homes further from the waterfront. Clear roads and major landmarks make access straightforward.
We provide these in Al Andalus too, and more than one can share a single visit.
