We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Asalah is a small newly established district in far north Jeddah between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway, near King Abdullah Sports City. Villas and apartment blocks are still being built, and curtains here are new and have not accumulated years of dust and salt. But ongoing construction and vacant plots mean fine dust from cement and crushed stone. The landscape changes rapidly, and the team needs to know the new roads and incomplete areas.
Al Asalah holds many newly purchased villas where owners are still furnishing. Curtains are new and homes are new, but dust from nearby construction sites enters through windows not fully sealed. The team may find an active building site next to a home already occupied. For the method itself, see how we approach curtain cleaning.
Ongoing building in the district, vacant plots and unmade roads release fine dust from cement and crushed aggregate. This dust is so light it passes through an open window easily. New curtains absorb it quickly. Most new homes here have not yet been exposed to heavy settled dust, but construction makes every new thing look tired fast.
The district is growing rapidly. A street that was the correct route last month may be different now. Homes that were building sites are now occupied villas. The team must know that old maps may be wrong. GPS and directions change.
Some newly built villas in Al Asalah are constructed quickly and to modest standards. Windows may not seal tightly, and curtains may be cheap or temporary. The team must test fabrics carefully because they may not be as durable as curtains carefully chosen for older well-built homes.
A small newly built district south of King Abdullah Sports City, spreading between the Haramain expressway and Madinah Road. New villas and apartment blocks with construction still ongoing and vacant land between homes. Drainage systems are incomplete and some streets are not yet asphalted.
Al Asalah holds very new villas and apartment blocks. Curtains have not been in use for years, but construction dust settles on them fast. We inspect fabrics because they vary widely depending on owner budget.
Removal can be easy because metalwork is new and rust-free. But we may find fittings that are not firmly fixed or cheap rings that break easily.
Dry vacuum is vigorous because fine construction dust covers everything. We use strong suction and brush to remove maximum before water.
Stains are rare on new curtains. Most dirt is dust and manufacturing residue. Light washing may be sufficient.
Washing is gentle on new fabrics that may be thin. We test colour because cheap dyes may bleed.
Drying is usually fast for new light fabrics. We hang them in shade and air until completely dry.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Asalah lies between the Haramain expressway and Madinah Road close to King Abdullah Sports City, with Wadi Obhur running through it. The team reaches new villas via Prince Talal bin Mansour Road or Al Mutasim Billah Street, and the sports complex and public park help pinpoint locations precisely.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
