The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Al Rahmaniyah is a recently built residential district in north Jeddah between Al Furusiyah and Al Salihiyah, with new villas and apartments alongside limited commercial plots. The district is new with marble and modern ceramic floors, but the eastern location means fine dry dust from open ground, not coastal salt or humidity. Chandeliers stay clean here longer but need attention to dry dust and lower grease levels.
Eastern dust is fine and dry, enters easily but clears more readily than coastal dust. But new villas may have chandeliers hung before adjacent building is completely finished. For the method itself, see how we approach chandelier cleaning.
Al Rahmaniyah is new and homes have polished marble or gleaming modern ceramic. These floors reflect light, and if the chandelier is dark or dusty the difference is stark. Good cleaning keeps the balance between clear chandelier light and bright floors.
Al Rahmaniyah sits toward the east close to open land and hills. Fine dry dust enters easily under doors and windows. But this dust clears more easily than coastal dust or diesel soot, and cleaning does not require specialist soaking.
Al Rahmaniyah shops are limited and spread only along the main axes. Rising grease is much less than in dense mixed districts. Chandeliers here stay cleaner in terms of grease accumulation.

Inspection of Al Rahmaniyah chandeliers focuses on fine dry dust, not humidity or salt.
Power must be cut, and new shiny floors are safe and not slippery because grease has not yet accumulated on them.
Photography before dismantling preserves the layout, especially if the chandelier is new and original instructions may not be available.
Each piece washes easily; dry dust clears without long soaking.
Frame and arms are relatively clean and fine dust comes off with soft brushing.
Drying is quick and reassembly is safe on new shiny floors.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.
We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
Al Rahmaniyah is situated on Al Furusiyah Street and near Bilal bin Rabah Mosque and Al Majid Primary Health Care Centre, which serve as easy reference points for locating villas and apartments in the district.
We provide these in Al Rahmaniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
