We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Rimal is a newly developing subdivision in far south Jeddah, and vacant plots and active building sites around the homes mean heavy construction dust arriving every day. A new chalet here needs cleaning that happens often and uses products made for workshop dust, not everyday household dust.
Industrial dust from building sites clings to curtains and window glass far faster than in established districts, and requires specialised products to remove it without damage. For the method itself, see our guide to chalet cleaning.
Vacant plots and active building sites around the subdivision kick up heavy oily dust, not just fine sand. This dust clings to glass and window sills and does not come off with a simple wipe. New furniture gets soiled quickly and needs special care to avoid scratching during cleaning.
A new chalet and brand new furnishings collect dust within hours. New marble and polished ceramic flooring shows every speck. Frequent cleaning is not optional here; it is necessary while construction dust is falling constantly nearby.
The subdivision awaits significant construction ahead. Building activity will increase over coming years, and dust will rise further. Weekly or fortnightly cleaning may be required throughout the construction phase in surrounding areas.
The subdivision sits close to the regional Al Lith Road and the Ring Road, surrounded by active construction sites and undeveloped land. The area is still in early development stages with significant building work to come.
The new kitchen needs protection from oily industrial dust, and shiny countertops and any barbecue area pick up dust quickly and tarnish the new look of the home.
New bathrooms with gleaming fixtures show dust marks easily, and new materials are sensitive to harsh scrubbing so we use gentle methods that still remove dust marks.
A pool area if present is exposed to heavy construction dust, and new outdoor surfaces and freshly bought seating require extra protective care during cleaning.
New flooring and glass doors and windows show every mark and dust line, and fine dust causes scratches if wiped with anything but the right product and soft contact.
Bedrooms and majlis spaces have shiny new furniture and fresh fabrics, and even light dust shows plainly on pale colours and new upholstery.
Waste from a new-build clean includes dust from installation and furniture packing, and the final tidy must avoid leaving settled dust on newly cleaned surfaces.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A newly developing district means the home itself is new, but its surroundings are not: building sites and constant dust everywhere around it. Cleaning here is not just about keeping the bright finish intact; it is about protecting your new investment from fast wear and premature damage.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rimal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
