We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Rabiyah is a residential subdivision at the far southern edge of Jeddah, on raised ground ringed by land plots for sale and scattered building work. New chalets here start pristine, but unpaved internal roads and empty plots raise dust and sand easily, so every visit needs a thorough baseline clean before occupancy.
New chalets in Al Rabiyah clean easily of accumulated soiling, but the unpaved roads and surrounding bare land raise dust that returns quickly. For the method itself, see how we approach chalet cleaning.
Al Rabiyah is new subdivision on Jeddah's southern fringe with internal roads entirely unpaved. Every vehicle movement raises dust and sand from exposed earth. Chalets near these roads collect thick dust layers on surfaces, glass and furnishings, especially on hot windy days when dust clouds hang suspended.
Land plots surrounding the chalet are open and bare, and sand works in from courtyards and under doors and windows. Outdoor and indoor furnishings fill with fine sand that is difficult to remove completely. This differs sharply from developed neighbourhoods where land is paved and boundaries are fixed.
Construction in Al Rabiyah is intermittent and plots remain unbuilt, so intermittent building work and excavations raise additional construction dust beyond natural dust from unpaved roads. Chalets are exposed to waves of stone dust and building debris on top of ordinary ground dust.
Al Rabiyah sits at the far south of Jeddah on Al Lith Road and the Ring Road, a new residential subdivision with villa and apartment plots advertised for sale, where roads and utility infrastructure remain incomplete.
The kitchen is new but sand dust may enter from windows and doors, so work surfaces need top-down wiping to prevent resettling particles.
New bathrooms are clean and fixtures need only light wiping to remove any dust from transport and storage before use.
The courtyard is bare earth and sand enters the chalet easily through doors and windows, requiring regular perimeter and threshold cleaning.
New flooring is pristine but sand can be trapped under furniture, so we sweep thoroughly then mop gently to avoid scratching the fresh surface.
Bedrooms and majlis rooms in new chalets carry paint and concrete odours that good ventilation and gentle cleaning help clear before occupancy.
Construction waste and shipping debris may lie around the exterior; we clear it first, then sweep and mop all floors and surfaces gently.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development at the far southern edge of Jeddah means building may be incomplete and roads remain unpaved.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Rabiyah chalets are reached from the north via Al Lith Road, the main thoroughfare that runs through the subdivision, while the Ring Road defines the eastern boundary. These two landmarks make chalet locations straightforward to identify within the new subdivision grid.
We provide these in Al Rabiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
