We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Mawj is the southernmost new subdivision in Jeddah, developing slowly with vacant plots dominating and scattered building. The chalet here faces desert wind carrying heavier dust, and proximity to the old locality of Junayb Sharah means narrow streets and rough terrain. Cleaning needs knowledge of access routes and equipment ready for difficult ground conditions.
Desert winds carry dust here that is heavier, oilier and more tenacious than in northern districts, and floors and windows soil faster than expected from the visible dust alone. For the method itself, see what chalet cleaning involves.
Al Mawj sits far south and the desert is close. Winds carry dust that is heavier and stickier than central Jeddah dust, mixed with fine sand and sharp grit. This dust penetrates small gaps and window seals, and blackens outdoor surfaces and glass within days of cleaning.
Al Mawj and the surrounding area have narrow roads and rough terrain. Heavy equipment may not enter easily, and the long distance from central Jeddah means longer travel time and better planning. Cleaning needs a team ready for muddy conditions sometimes and rough tracks.
The subdivision is new and building is very sparse. Chalets are far apart and roads between them may not be fully paved. Wide vacant land means dust from every direction, with no shelter from surrounding buildings to reduce wind exposure.
Al Mawj lies close to where the regional Al Lith highway continues south toward the coast, but building here is sparse and wide vacant land surrounds the scattered homes. The location is very remote from central Jeddah.
The kitchen and any outdoor barbecue area receive heavy desert dust, surfaces need frequent cleaning and the barbecue may be exposed directly to wind and sand from open ground.
Bathrooms in this remote area do not face coastal humidity strongly, but dust enters through gaps and makes surfaces grey quickly from accumulating grit.
Around a pool if present, winds bring leaves and soil, and outdoor surfaces and water need extra attention from the constant dust and wind-blown debris.
Outdoor stone or marble floors accumulate dirt and sand fast, and glass becomes cloudy from heavy oily dust that sticks and hardens.
Bedrooms and majlis spaces indoors have dust entering through every crack and gap, and curtains and fabrics collect dust far faster than in other districts.
Waste from Al Mawj cleaning includes a larger volume of sand and heavy dust, and the final tidy requires thorough brushing of outdoor surfaces before we finish.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A newly developing district here means sparse building and wide vacant land, so no shelter from desert wind and dust. Cleaning needs special readiness for distances and rough terrain, and expect heavier dust requiring different treatment from that in more established and enclosed neighbourhoods.
We provide these in Al Mawj too, and more than one can share a single visit.
