The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Taybah is a newly established district on Asfan Road near Wadi Obhur, with villas still under construction, and fine construction dust penetrates every open flat before the paint dries. The new bathroom gleams at first, but construction dust settles on surfaces, mirrors and white grout lines within the first week as neighbouring plots are levelled and excavated.
New villa owners are caught off guard: the glossy ceramic and clean mirrors look filthy with dust within days of move-in, despite no one living there when the neighbouring foundation work began. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
New villas gleam because surfaces are smooth and dry, but fine dust from active building sites is drawn to the bathroom's natural moisture and fresh materials. Dust leaves fine scratches when wiped, and a dull film on glass and mirrors that looks permanent but is not.
Freshly laid white grout absorbs construction dust rapidly, and moisture from ongoing building work nearby makes dust stick. Early cleaning is critical before the dust calcifies into a hard layer.
New roof tanks deposit minerals in first-fill water, and new taps and fittings show white and rust-coloured deposits from iron and limescale within weeks, leaving marks on polished chrome.
The district is laid out as open land subdivisions with active construction around occupied homes, and the dry air carries fine sand and cement particles that settle on every horizontal surface overnight.
Brand new surfaces are sensitive to strong products, so we test each cleaner on a small area first because harsh formulas may leave marks on fresh ceramic or virgin marble.
The new tap is glossy and easily scratched, so we use a soak but do not scrub hard, and dry immediately because water spots on new metal are stubborn.
Fresh white grout is under-protected against harsh chemicals, so we use a mild solution and soft brush only, and complete drying is essential before the house is occupied.
Glass and mirrors are glossy and new but covered in fine dust, so we rinse with water first then use a gentle glass cleaner, and dry with lint-free cloth so they shine.
New metal taps are glossy and easily marked, so we use a mild soak and very soft brush, and dry with soft cloth immediately to prevent water spotting.
New drains may hold construction dust from inside the pipework, so we flush them completely and ensure they dry fully so no dust settles back into the system later.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
In a new development like Taybah, active building nearby means dust returns daily and new surfaces are glossy and easily scratched. Cleaning here is not about deep embedded soil, but about protecting the new bright finish from settling construction dust before it calcifies.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Taybah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
