The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Bashaer is a new district on the Asfan Ring Road with newly built villas and apartment buildings surrounded by vacant land and active construction. Bathrooms here are new but desert dust enters easily because the ground around is open and flat, hard water deposits limescale on new metal immediately, and garden irrigation leaves chalky rings on adjacent tiles. Smooth marble and porcelain floors scratch quickly from sand if it is not swept first.
The air here is dry and desert dust enters homes easily more than in coastal areas, and ongoing construction increases dust deposition daily. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
The area is open and under active construction, and dry air carries fine dust that settles on everything. New bathrooms start clean but dust enters daily from windows and doors and settles on mirrors and surfaces. Regular cleaning maintains them but dust returns fast, making frequent light cleaning more practical than occasional deep cleaning.
New villas and apartments here have new copper and brass taps and pipework, and hard water begins limescale deposit immediately in the first year. New taps develop a fine white coating quickly, and regular cleaning is essential to prevent scale thickening into stubborn buildup.
New villas here have smooth marble and porcelain floors, and sand from construction and the surrounding open ground enters on every shoe. If not swept away first, mopping spreads the grit across the smooth surface and scratches it. New homes in construction areas need careful handling to prevent scratching delicate new finishes.
A new district in north Jeddah on the Asfan Ring Road, with Al Furusiyah Road on its east, Taybah to the west, Al Falah to the south and Al Rahmaniyah to the south east, with recently built villas and apartments beside rest houses and subdivisions still under construction, on open dry ground.
New surfaces are sensitive: gentle sweeping before any water is essential to prevent sand scratching the floor.
Light limescale on new metal removes easily with a mild descaler before it hardens and thickens with time.
New grout lines are clean but construction dust may lodge in them: gentle cleaning removes it safely.
Glass and mirrors in new homes may have construction dust and a light building film: specialist cleaning removes both.
New showers and baths are very clean, but construction residue may leave a light trace that vanishes with gentle initial cleaning.
Drains and ventilation: dry air means little mould, but good airing removes the constant construction dust from ongoing building nearby.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Al Bashaer spreads along the Asfan Ring Road near Al Bashair Mosque and Al Bashair Park, and bathrooms in the new villas and apartment buildings here need specialist care to manage constant desert dust and sand from ongoing construction and the open ground surrounding the new housing.

We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Bashaer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
