The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Zuhour is a new development in Obhur Al Shamaliyah with new villas scattered among active building sites and vacant land not yet built. Bathrooms in these new homes are relatively clean but the ongoing construction all around means constant dust entering with every wind gust. Fine sand scratches the new marble floors quickly, and salt from the nearby creek leaves a faint film on glass and metal that thickens slowly over weeks.
Ongoing construction all around the district means continuous dust entering homes daily, and new villas need more frequent cleaning than established neighbourhoods. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
The entire area is under development, and excavators, concrete mixers and heavy vehicles kick up dust that rises to every home on the wind. New bathrooms start clean but fine construction dust enters daily and settles on surfaces and mirrors. Your regular cleaning returns to you fast as long as building continues nearby, so maintenance cleaning between full cleans keeps it usable.
New villas here have smooth new marble and porcelain floors, and sand from construction and the surrounding open ground comes in on every shoe. If not swept first, mopping spreads the grit across the smooth surface and scratches it. Homes in active building areas need careful handling to avoid scratching the new finishes.
The creek and sea are very close, and salt settles gradually on every metal fitting and glass surface. New villas with large windows start with a faint salt film that thickens over weeks and months. Taps and new metal fixtures may corrode faster than expected if not maintained regularly, because new plating is often not heavy enough to resist salt air.
A subdivision within Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, part of a new urban tract whose land and housing are still being released and constructed, connected to the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road via main access roads.
New marble and porcelain surfaces are scratch sensitive: gentle sweeping first is essential before any wet mopping.
Limescale and salt on new metal is light and clears easily with a mild descaler before it accumulates heavily.
New tile grout lines are clean, but construction dust may lodge in them: gentle cleaning removes it safely.
Glass and mirrors in new homes may have construction residue and faint salt film: specialist cleaning removes both.
New showers and baths are very clean, but construction dust may leave a light film that vanishes with initial cleaning.
Drains and ventilation: good airing is essential to remove the constant dust from ongoing building sites nearby.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development areas face a special challenge: continuous dust from excavation and concrete work means your regular cleaning may not eliminate it, but it does maintain the bathroom's usability and keeps it looking new as long as construction continues around you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Zuhour too, and more than one can share a single visit.
