The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Rabie is a new Obhur subdivision in north Jeddah with ongoing building and vacant plots between homes. Fine sand enters from gardens and patios, sprinkler spray leaves white chalky rings on tile floors, and sea air deposits a faint salt film on glass and outdoor upholstery. The homes are new but they need early care before soil and salt settle deep.
New villas here have gardens or patios, so sand and spray enter together. White marble floors show irrigation rings and dust quickly, and salt from the sea air starts to film the glass within weeks. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Most Al Rabie villas have a garden or courtyard, and fine sand enters on footsteps and wind. Modern sprinkler heads sometimes spray water onto marble floors by mistake, leaving white rings. This needs specialist early cleaning before the buildup sets.
The creek and sea are very close to Al Rabie, so sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and mirrors. Outdoor curtains and cushions get stiffened by salt, and bathroom towels and curtains trap sea salt. Fabrics become rigid and discoloured.
Modern villa design means wide windows and light fabrics, so dust that settles at night gathers on horizontal curtain surfaces. Bathrooms open onto large living spaces, so shower and toilet curtains trap overnight dust and sea grit.
The district is part of new urban development north of Jeddah where land and building are still underway, served by main roads linking it to the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road.
Floors are new white shiny marble, sensitive to white rings from spray and salt. We test and use specialist products.
Taps and mixers are new with a faint salt film from sea air. We clean gently and dry well.
Grout is new and white but traps sea dust and sand. We clean deep from the start.
Mirrors and glass have a faint salt coating from sea air. We use specialist product and dry thoroughly.
Bath, toilet and basin are brand new and need gentle care from first use.
The floor drain is new and humidity is high from the garden and sea. We clear it and ensure good ventilation.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means the home is brand new and marble floors are fresh and white, but wind raises sand from the empty plots around the villa and modern irrigation can spray windows and floors by mistake, so the first clean is urgent before debris sets in.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Rabie too, and more than one can share a single visit.
