The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Najmah is a new subdivision in Obhur Al Shamaliyah north of Jeddah, within the Jawharat Al Arous development scheme, surrounded by vacant plots and active construction. Fine construction dust enters the bathroom with every step, and fresh irrigation spray leaves chalky rings on new tiles. Here cleaning fights dust that returns each day from the building works around the district.
New marble and porcelain floors are spotless now, but construction dust darkens corners and window sills within days, and sand from the new gardens filters in daily. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
Vacant land around Al Najmah means fresh dust enters the bathroom each morning. Ongoing construction in and near the scheme raises fine airborne dust that penetrates window seals and cracks. Deep cleaning may not stay clean for more than a week because the construction is continuous.
Walking on sand outdoors then stepping on new tile inside leaves fine scratches. Marble and porcelain here are brand new and soft, and sand grinds into them with normal footfall. The gap between completion and settlement means new surfaces degrade quickly during this building phase.
The landscaping being planted uses hard new water rich in minerals, and sprinkler overspray drifts through open windows leaving white deposits on ceramics and glass. Water from new supply tanks carries more scale than old city water, so the mineral rings are heavier than elsewhere.
Large new residential plots, mostly nine hundred square metres, with landscaping and new gardens under irrigation, sit among ongoing site works and empty land waiting for future villas.
Brand new marble and porcelain surfaces in Al Najmah are soft and delicate, so careful testing is essential because fine sand may be trapped in the pores.
Limescale from new irrigation water is concentrated and mineral-heavy, and the cleaning agent must be strong but safe on soft new marble that has not yet hardened.
Grout lines trap fine construction sand, and cleaning must be gentle because stiff brushes will score newly laid ceramic tile.
Glass and mirrors return to clarity easily, but irrigation rings may be stubborn because fresh supply water leaves a harder deposit than aged city water.
Ceramic tile surfaces and floor tiles are very new and sand already stuck may need careful removal to avoid scratching the virgin surface.
The drainage system is new and has not accumulated years of scale, so it is relatively clear, though construction dust may be lodged in new pipes.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Najmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
