The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Masarrah is a quiet residential subdivision in south Jeddah, set back from the coast, with new villas and undeveloped residential land plots side by side. Residents describe it as calm with pleasant weather, located toward the southern corniche side of the city. Bathrooms are new and shiny but the development is incomplete: several roads are unpaved and utilities are still being installed, so dust and fine mud settle on the new surfaces daily.
New villas are shiny but construction dust and unpaved roads darken them quickly. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
Al Masarrah is a new district where utilities and roads are under construction and paving is incomplete in places. Fine construction dust settles on the brand new shiny bathrooms quickly, and particles under water scratch the smooth new surfaces.
Subdivided plots sit surrounded by vast open land with no vegetation. Wind carries sand and fine gravel over them. The new shiny bathrooms soil from this wind-blown dust much faster than in dense built-up districts.
Several internal roads are still unmade earth, and trenches for underground services lie open. When rain falls these send high moisture and mud into the surrounding villas, affecting dampness temporarily.
The district lies in south Jeddah away from the damp coast, within a cluster of new subdivisions. Water and utilities are under installation and pipes are brand new, so deposits are from construction sources, not age.
New shiny surfaces need careful sweeping first before any mopping to avoid scratching with dust.
Limescale on new taps may come from temporary construction water. We clean it with gentle products.
Grout is new and white but construction dust darkens it fast. Regular maintenance cleaning is necessary now.
Glass and new mirrors are shiny. We protect them with careful sweeping and gentle cleaning, no scratching.
Basin, toilet and bath are new and shiny. We use gentle products and soak any deposits with care.
Drain and ventilation are new but construction dust may clog them. We clear them of fine particles.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Masarrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
